Item Manual de procedimientos para la gestión de riesgos laborales en la empresa A&M DENIM(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2022-05) Moyolema Eugenio, María Fernanda; Ortiz Sailema, Christian IsmaelUnsafe situations in textile industries can generate a large percentage of sources of danger according to the ILO, since they can harm the safety of workers and especially their health and even today, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of occupational risks in production processes in order to correctly manage the risks inherent in production operations. To identify the risks present in the A&M DENIM company, the PGV method (probability of occurrence, severity of damage, vulnerability) is used, together with alternatives to address those risks that fell into a category of intolerable risks. The company A&M DENIM lacks a management system model for the prevention of occupational risks, which causes accidents and work-related incidents to arise on a daily basis, for which it is necessary to design and implement a necessary management system. to minimize the accident rate within the company. The results found reflect that the risks that occur in the company's production processes are mostly linked to mechanical, ergonomic, physical, chemical and psychosocial factors, without ruling out biological factors related to the SARS-CoV2 pathogen. To solve these risk factors in the present investigation, a manual of procedures is proposed for the adequate management of occupational risks for the company A&M DENIM, with the purpose of guaranteeing the well-being, safety and health of workers.
