The Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "9 de Octubre Ltda." Is a Cotopaxense financial institution, belonging to segment 2 according to the categorization of the Superintendency of Popular and Solidarity Economy, which offers financial products and services through innovative technological platforms. The Systems and Technology Area is committed to continuous improvement, in order to support institutional growth, however, it faces great difficulties when providing technical support to its internal users, due to the fact that there are operational problems in IT services, additionally not maintains a control record to establish priorities and response times in the activities carried out by the technicians of the systems area. That is why, after an adequate analysis with the personnel of the area, we determined that the best option is the creation and implementation of this project called "DEVELOPMENT OF A HELP DESK SYSTEM USING LAYERED PROGRAMMING AND ASP.NET CORE TECHNOLOGY FOR THE COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO "9 DE OCTUBRE LTDA.", Which allows the management and administration of technological incidents, facilitating the consultation of information and carrying out different analyzes of activities carried out by the technical support agent, which is evaluated by the Cooperative Compliance Area.
