    La Evaluación Integral y su incidencia en los Aprendizajes Significativos de los estudiantes de los primeros semestres de la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato.

    El tema: “La Evaluación Integral y su incidencia en los Aprendizajes Significativos de los estudiantes de los primeros semestres de la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato”, tiene por objetivo analizar la importancia de la Evaluación Integral en el Aprendizaje Significativo, la investigación aplicada en este trabajo es de tipo Exploratorio, que posee una metodología flexible permite familiarizarse al investigador con el fenómeno u objeto de estudio, es descriptiva y posee un nivel de medición precisa, una vez detectado el problema por la investigadora por medio de dialogo y la observación directa en la escuela se procedió a la elaboración del marco teórico, con la investigación bibliográfica en los libros, revistas, folletos, e internet que sirvieron de soporte técnico y académico en la formulación de las categorías fundamentales para luego desglosarse de las constelaciones de ideas constituyéndose en un verdadero soporte bibliográfico. Requiere de conocimientos suficientes, clasifica comportamientos según ciertos criterios; caracteriza a una comunidad y distribuye datos de variables consideradas aisladamente. La metodología utilizada para alcanzar los objetivos es la estadística que toma como universo de estudio a los niños/as de la escuela, así como también los docentes, con la ayuda de las técnicas y herramientas estadísticas como son las encuestas.. Realizadas todas estas actividades se vio la necesidad de aplicar la propuesta del Manual de Técnicas y Estrategias para aplicar a en la Evaluación Integral, para de esta forma preparar al dicente en todas los ejes de la educación: Cognitivo, Procedimental y Actitudinal.

    El pensamiento crítico en la evaluación de aprendizajes del área de lengua y literatura de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Intercultural Bilingüe Chibuleo

    The research report is based on the bases of critical thinking and evaluation of learning, a diagnosis was made to the problematic identified through the collection of information, to know the educational reality and to analyze the situation of the students who were studied. The research was based on the research background, philosophical and legal aspects, which aimed to continue the research line allowing to increase the search information and determine the conclusions, establishing that the application of inadequate methodological strategies does not contribute to the strengthening of thinking skills, the research has the purpose to improve the quality of education by forming competitive people with capacities to valve, ask, judge and argue in a reflexive, analytical, creative way the different types of questions applied in the learning assessment. Critical thinking is one of the demands that society faces today, so the education system must contribute to the development of basic skills that help to deal problematic situations with success and autonomy, being the thought a strategic element that allows to trigger the basic skills to face different situations of daily life, and in the academic field could be those who build their own learning. This allows internalizing teachers and students, the task to transform or improve these difficulties with a dynamic, motivating and highly competitive education. The methodology that was used for study research is through the bibliography search to base the theorical framework, in addition the field study was carried out by means of the right observation applying surveys to students in order to define and contrast the criteria on the problem, the hypothesis provement was made by the Chi cuadrado, the obtained results allowed to reject the Ho and to accept the Hi with a 95% degree of confidence.

    Técnicas activas para el desarrollo de hábitos de lectura en los estudiantes de la Escuela de Educaciòn Básica Teniente Hugo Ortiz

    The habit of reading is a feature that all students must develop. Teachers and parents being aware of the great importance of the development of this habit, they have the responsibility to see reflected this feature in their children and students and to blossom it as well. Which means it can be easy to appreciate their ability to analysis and synthesis. Besides a language proficiency through the correct use of grammar rules and vocabulary and an ability to question their reality with arguments, in other words, an intellectual independence. The reading techniques that are used for reading comprehension have such an influence at the time to promote this habit. If the techniques applied activate the senses of students to germinate in them the voluntary desire for reading, teachers are doing the work correctly, and it means that the techniques used are not only the traditional ones. But if the opposite occurs, the requirement to analyze new active reading techniques is fundamental. There are lots of reading techniques such as underlining, comprehension questions, summing up among others. If to the ones mentioned earlier, it is added new options for active reading techniques with the unique purpose to see the habit of reading developed; a giant step has been taken for the development of the student as a human being. If reading is not a fundamental part of a student it will not be either of human beings and society.
