    In this paper the study of arthroplasty is proposed as a result of meniscopathy to analyze the different episodes that took the patient, which made the case analysis is chosen by the researcher, for it was necessary to investigate medical diagnostics, initial symptoms, final and laboratory tests, different treatments, both medical intervention, as well as physiotherapy, so that is more effective content was also studied. information of interest for research were identified, the same that was part of the case, also were investigated in medical centers where the patient came in order to solve their health difficulty, the same as were public and private institutions. Some criteria that had been lent to confusion diagnosed determined. the physical therapy was also evaluated, which found some issues, delays and finally an alternative treatment is established with the aim of improving joint function and life of the patient
