    Modelo de gestión del riesgo operacional para la mejora de la eficiencia en la industria de lavado de textiles

    The research project focused on the design of an operational risk management model applying techniques and tools with the aim of improving the efficiency of operational processes. The main defects that affect the organization are the lack of standardization and the lack of controls and indicators that allow determining the productivity and efficiency of the production process, these defects have negative consequences such as inadequate production management, greater variability in the results obtained which causes a significant impact on the quality of the product; in addition, they generate a certain degree of ignorance of the functions and responsibilities of the staff due to the lack of documented information and prevent compliance with deadlines for delivery of production orders to customers. Consequently, an analysis of the current situation of Equatintex company has been carried out identifying all the processes of the organization to later classify them based on their role and their hierarchical level to prepare the process map; additionally, an ABC diagram was made in order to identify the service that represents the greater amount of economic income; on the other hand, process sheets were prepared to determine the elements and various factors involved in the production chain. The time study was carried out in order o initiate the standardization process in the organization through the selection of the qualified operator, the performance rating applying the Westinghouse system, the calculation of the normal time, the determination of the supplements and the establishment of the standard time. Next, the design of an operational risk management model was carried out based on the ISO:31000 2018 Risk management - guidelines standard; which contemplates the selection of critical processes with a multicriteria matrix, identification, analysis and assessment of operational risks through checklists and the application of the failure modes and effects analysis methodology (AMFE) with which improvement actions were proposed to the failures with the highest risk priority index (RPI). Finally, the treatment of the identified risks is proposed through the analysis of the cycle time, realization of man-machine diagrams, creation of procedures and work instructions, formulation of indicators, development of maintenance plans for each machine, proposals for automation of the systems; lastly, the flowcharts were modeled in the Bizagi Modeler software in order to balance the production lines and improve the efficiency of the organization.

    Plan de requerimiento de materiales para el control de uso de inventario en la producción de buses en la Empresa Carrocerías Jácome

    El presente proyecto, realizado en la empresa Carrocerías Jácome, está orientado a solucionar inconvenientes relacionados con los insumos necesarios para el proceso de producción, ya que causa una deficiente previsión de existencias, el desconocimiento de la cantidad de materiales necesarios para los procesos, los cuales derivan en una demora en la entrega del producto final. Por lo tanto, se desarrolla un análisis específico del método de control y adquisición de materia prima actual en la empresa, el primer paso es desarrollar una entrevista para analizar el procedimiento con el cual ingresa y sale el inventario en bodega y determinar problemas existentes en la entrega de los distintos insumos y materiales por parte de los proveedores, además tomar datos de producción de carrocerías con el fin de pronosticar la demanda para el próximo horizonte de planeación y desarrollar los diversos planes de producción a largo y corto plazo. A continuación se realiza el diagrama de procesos y se verifica el tiempo en el que se realiza cada acción dentro de la producción, para poder determinar el tiempo de entrega en las órdenes de producción. Posteriormente se desarrolla el MRP en el cual se observa una hoja de cálculo del desarrollo de cada nivel de la estructura de fabricación del producto, el periodo de tiempo a realizar pedidos de los insumos y la cantidad de materiales a utilizar en cada proceso. Este plan ayuda a la empresa a cumplir con la demanda de productos pronosticada de tres mini buses urbanos, reduciendo su ciclo de diecisiete semanas a dieciséis semanas y además se redujo el costo de inventario y los costos de fabricación. Abstract The present project, performed at Carrocerías Jácome company, is guided to solve problems related to the necessary inputs for the bus production process, as it causes poor forecasting of stocks in warehouse, lack of knowledge of the amount of materials needed for production processes, which result in a delay in product delivery and customer dissatisfaction. Therefore, it was developed a specific analysis specific analysis of the method of control and procurement of raw materials that are held in the company, the first step is to develop an interview to perform an analysis of the current process by which materials enter and leave inventory in warehouse and identify existing problems regarding delays in the delivery of the different inputs and materials from suppliers to the company, besides taking production data in coachwork company in order to forecast demand for the next planning horizon and develop several production plans long and short time. Then, it was performed the process diagram and verified the time that each action performed within the production of a bodywork, in order to determine the delivery time on manufacturing orders. Later, it was performed an analysis of the materials from which the coachwork is made to proceed with the materials requirements planning in which it will be appreciated a worksheet in the in the development of each level of the structure production of the product, the time period to place orders for supplies and the amount of materials used in each process. This plan helped the company to meet product demand forecast of three urban mini buses, reducing cycle from seventeen weeks to sixteen weeks, since the system is available the required amount of materials and time. Besides the cost of inventory and manufacturing costs are reduced.
