The type of aerobic exercise was conducted with older adults were walking or running, gymnastics basic maintenance, soft gymnastics, stretching. The data show a series of benefits that help to strengthen muscles and physical conditions, so that those who have difficulties in performing the activities of daily living regain mobility, manage to feel satisfied with their personal life, strengthen their motor skills and Strengthen your joints.
