    Sexual satisfaction plays a fundamental role in the state of mind, considered essential for the health and well-being of the human being, in this context the state of mind refers to an emotional reaction of long duration and lower intensity, obtaining a response that involves somatic components. On the other hand, sexual satisfaction refers to the fact that it is a subjective perception of the human being, adjudged as an essential component in the quality of life. The main objective of the study was to determine the relationship between sexual satisfaction and mood in graduate students, for which a sample of 136 students was used. The research had a quantitative approach, so the “New Sexual Satisfaction Scale (NSSS)” and the “Mood Rating Scale (EVEA)” were used. In addition, it had a non-experimental descriptive correlational cross-sectional design. The results obtained determined the existence of a correlation between the variables, deducing that people who present stability in their mood experience a higher level of sexual satisfaction.
