The results based on an analysis of the different opinions of customers and employees, considering the environment of the organization identify what its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of these mentioned aspects reveal the interest of employees and customers are. The data produced by field research applied to business customers both internal and external indicate that it is important to correct some aspects , since they are factors that most customers consider as shortcomings that need improvement. The proposed plan is Social Media Marketing as the main tool for positioning their products using the development of social media websites and also what they are advertising arts which help attract customers and get to business growth.
