Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Conclusions: The majority of students show a medium level of self-care capacity. Reflecting a solid foundation of skills and practices related to self-care among the student population. Nursing students must prioritize self-care as an integral part of their training, developing healthy habits that allow them to maintain a balance between academic demands and self-care
