    ABSTRACT The present research is aimed to use Lean Manufacturing tool in order to increase the productivity of the company Piscis Confections. In the diagnosis it is found problems such as overproduction for some of the elements and underproduction for others. In the implemented methodology it was put to consideration a field study based on a previous documentary investigation that allowed to determinate Lean Manufacturing diagnosis tools such as time study, production capacity and value stream mapping for the current situation of the company in order to select improvement tools so lines balances, 5s philosophy and Kanban for production leveling were chosen. Thanks to the simulation of the developed plan in this project it is shown a raise in the production of 100 unities of the product that was the study object and an increase in the Global Productivity from 142 to 170 percentage which means the general object is fulfilled.
