    In many organizations, especially in small and medium-sized companies, there are no internal regulations, procedures or prevention programs to control order within their factories, they simply apply it empirically without relying on laws, agreements or other state regulations, and it has been concluded that, due to the lack or non-existence of regulatory documents, companies have very high-risk probabilities of hazardous events occurring. In this way, this project has been developed by analyzing the current situation of the INKLERSA company through techniques such as surveys and direct observation, which showed an organization that does not have any documented or implemented management in occupational health and safety. Therefore, it led to the second stage, to carry out the first risk diagnosis using the GTC-45 evaluation methodology, which helped define the instrument or matrix for the collection of information and risk analysis in a qualitative way. This diagnosis became the fundamental factor for the development of the internal document because it shows specific results, in this case the job with the greatest danger corresponding to the Worker in general was recognized, the highest priority risks were also identified and other results that were used to determine the detailed actions in the risk management of the company, prevention programs, training, protective equipment, obligations, prohibitions and others. Finally, it was corroborated with a prevention program that contains objectives, activities and people in charge that will help in the process of managing the safety and health of the company.
