    Lady Rose Factory is engaged in the manufacture of hand-made leather footwear. It was founded in 1996 as a footwear store in Ambato city with variety for men, women and kids, nowadays they offer products such as: occasional, sports, formal, furthermore they have an exclusive line of boots, ankle boots, medium boots and waders, these are their current special field. For these reasons, this project has focused in to diagnosticate the performance evaluation situation in levels of productivity of Lady Rose´s employees. The results got from the research through the applied instruments to the factory´s colaborators show us that performance evaluation take influence on productivity levels of Lady Rose´s employees. The technique used for this research project is the application of performance evaluation manual on Lady Rose´s employees to contribute, to optimize specific times and efforts required in the execution of functions of each employee who take part in the company.
