    Mobile applications are technological tools that currently contribute to the educative area, because of their capacity to offer accessibility, interactivity, personalization and constant updates, this allows to improve the learning process. The project aims to manage the delivery of educational content for that teenagers and youths affiliated with the university can interact with educational resources about human rights such as audio, videos, images, and games. The mobile application was developed using the Mobile-D methodology attaining fast results. The Android Studio development environment was used with the Java programming language. Material Design was implemented as a design system for the prototyping and coding stage, obtaining an aesthetic and standardized design. For the backend, Firebase was used, manipulating the authentication, database and storage services.
