    The completion of this work stems from the need to find a way to solve the low emotional intelligence that administrative staff of the Faculty of Health Sciences has presented in their daily work and being able to determine what personal and social skills those that take place each so that they can achieve a balance in what they think, feel and do so in a way employees reach a suitable working environment, as well, an optimal level of work performance to handle fruit emotions depending on the situation at that time is given. The methodology used was a qualitative approach using observation and quantitative through the application of a questionnaire which was collected and analyzed internal data organization, getting so that through the results can guide the institution for its members to be able to know, manage and use their emotions inside and outside the workplace so that they and the institution to reach the objectives and improve their performance
