    Las aplicaciones de la inteligencia artificial en las campañas publicitarias: un caso aplicado al Hospital Durán

    La tesis se centrará en proponer un proceso de creación de campañas digitales eficiente, haciendo uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial (IA) en cada etapa. El objetivo es evaluar cómo la integración de la IA mejora el rendimiento de las campañas. Se analizarán distintas fuentes de información, como teorías, análisis de campañas, entrevistas y focus group, para verificar si la hipótesis planteada sobre la aceptación de la IA en las campañas digitales es correcta. La investigación busca establecer una sólida base para optimizar el uso de la IA en la publicidad digital y maximizar el impacto y alcance de las campañas.

    Currently, it is essential to satisfy the business demand for products and services focused on the promotion, protection and identification of your brand, as well as being directly linked to the Graphic Design profession, supported by software, hardware and visual arts, in order to develop eminent competitive advantages through printing and finishing processes, therefore, this research aims to analyze the quality management of production processes in the satisfaction of customers in the graphic sector in the city of Ambato, for which it was used a collection of qualitative and quantitative data to determine the characteristics of the printed products and the quality they require to comply. The main results obtained specify that quality management in the graphic sector in the city of Ambato does not yet have the necessary quality to be at the competitive level, facing bad practices that directly affect customer service.

    Campaña publicitaria de difusión sobre los espacios turísticos del cantón Pelileo dirigido a personas con discapacidad auditiva

    People with hearing disabilities have suffered many problems when it comes to integrating into the hearing society. Some activities use devices such as hearing aids or cochlear implants to improve their hearing and be able to cope with daily activities in a better way, however, many cannot, do not have or do not want to access these resources. To communicate, use sign language, which is the best and largest resource used by deaf people to communicate. In many places, there is very little information accessible to them, as they do not have the necessary resources and strategies for their effective understanding. In Pelileo, there are several tourist sites that do not have resources that can help people with hearing disabilities access these places, which has caused many deaf people to miss out on the experience, services, information, promotions and others that they can offer these sites. This integrating project seeks to make information more accessible for these people, in this case, in the tourism field. The proposal is a dissemination campaign of the tourist spaces of the Pelileo aimed at deaf people carried out through digital media in order to arouse the interest of these people in traveling and the communication process is not incomplete.

    Desarrollo de un género textil a partir de la hoja de cabuya (Furcraea Andina) para indumentaria

    The development of a textile from the leaf of the cabin evokes as the main purpose of the fiber of the leaf of the hut becomes the raw material in the production of textile goods that can be used in the clothing industry in general. At present, the textile genres have been able to obtain the fibers of the leaf of the leaf of the useful life for the elaboration of articles of cordelería, packings and crafts that do not have to do with the contact with the skin. The alternative uses that have been given to the fiber of the cabin do not have to do with the textile industry rather relate to the construction industry and offers greater resistance to the mixtures that are made. In the research a physical and morphological textile analysis protocol was developed to be able to observe the characteristics of the fiber of the letter, additionally they are indicated by the criterion of experts related to all fields of the textile industry, in order to determine if it is possible or not to obtain a non-woven textile fabric and what kind of part of the fibers of the cabuya leaf. After analyzing the physical and morphological characteristics of the fibers of the hut of the provinces of the country and the comparison with the criterion of the experts of the network. The cabin is the same that can be classified within the group of agglomerates, because the fiber does not present the ideal conditions for the development of a felt. In the development of the proposal, after several experiences. It is a cohesive system in a textile suitable for clothing, the same that does not have any type of roughness or hardness, so that comfort in contact with the body is no longer a problem. Finally, this research will focus on the development of non-traditional materials in order to be applied in the fashion industry as long as it meets the requirements of comfort and comfort that the application in clothing requires.

    El discurso local como alternativa del diseño de bolsos con suprareciclaje

    The cultural and creative industries are the new models of management in other parts of the world, and these are its most important characteristics. In the present study, the characteristic factors of the local discourse are proposed as an alternative for the design of purses with up-cycling, analyzing the province of Tungurahua. The research is qualitative/quantitative and descriptive. Hermeneutics and phenomenology help the interpretation of the different authors to complement the study. This approach determines the relationship between the two variables, through the use of interviews with experts in the Province, and the qualitative analysis of cases applied in other parts of the world. In the quantitative aspect, the inventory of natural and cultural attractions of the Province was used. In addition, it was concluded that it was feasible to develop the products where the culture of the culture is shown and, the material of the results is used, the step is taken to the proposal that presents an operational model of cultural products based on up-cycling. Case design of bags. Strategic alliances are analyzed and strategies for the 4P are implemented, the I+D+i+d of the company is analyzed and the productive system of this clothing solution is established. This study aims to be an interesting contribution to the creative economy of the region in the development of handbags, the citizenship can be made aware of the importance of the reuse of residual materials, as well as the cultural identity that the Tungurahua Province.

    Diseño de cuentos infantiles para el proyecto "Historias de mi Tierra" de la Biblioteca de la Ciudad y la Provincia del H. Gobierno Provincial de Tungurahua, para preservar las historias locales

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal diseñar un libro recopilatorio de cuentos infantiles, basado en las propuestas seleccionadas como ganadoras del I Concurso de creación de Cuentos Infantiles Historias de mi Tierra, promovida por el H. Gobierno Provincial de Tungurahua; permitiendo visibilizar y preservar la historia local, dirigido a los niños, en fomento de la cultura, la lectura y al arte. De este modo, la temática de tradición oral es relevante porque contribuye a la preservación del patrimonio cultural, transmitiendo saberes ancestrales a nuevas generaciones de forma lúdica y educativa. Así, se procura fomentar la lectura, estimular la imaginación y fortalecer la identidad cultural. Además de, promover la creación literaria, enriqueciendo el acervo bibliográfico infantil y estableciendo un puente entre la tradición oral y la literatura contemporánea, con un impacto positivo en la comunidad educativa y cultural. El proyecto se ha desarrollado mediante una exhaustiva investigación, con un enfoque cualitativo, haciendo uso de técnicas como la observación y entrevistas para recabar criterios que han aportado a la construcción del producto final, mismo que proporciona un respaldo visual y contextual de diferentes narrativas, para enriquecer la experiencia lectora y contribuir al desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas en los niños, fomentando así la transmisión de saberes.

    Diseño de equipamiento turístico basado en las experiencias naturales del contexto de la totora en la laguna de Colta

    Frente a la interpretación de datos obtenidos por la investigación de la comunidad aledaña a la laguna de Colta, misma que se realizó dentro del proyecto de investigación "El diseño social como potencializador de turismo sostenible en la laguna de Colta" se evidencia el bajo nivel de gestión para generar alianzas estratégicas por parte de líderes responsables del cantón Colta y gracias a estudios por parte del Ministerio de Turismo se evidencia el escaso interés en la zona de la laguna de Colta y la iglesia de Balbanera por parte de turistas nacionales y extranjeros, a esto se le suma la falta de desaprovechamiento de materiales autóctonos como la totora para desarrollar proyectos, por la carencia de conocimiento de las propiedades de la fibra como material por parte de los artesanos oriundos. Por lo que el presente proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta de diseño de equipamiento turístico a partir del lenguaje y experiencias que otorga el entorno natural de la totora en la laguna de Colta a través de la conceptualización del espacio. Para el cual se utilizó el Desing Thinking como metodología, misma que fue escogida para poder empatizar con nuestros actores principales (turistas, artesanos y entes reguladores del sector) y poder aportar con un diseño que responda a las necesidades reales del contexto y que a su vez respete el entorno natural.

    Diseño de una guía turística sobre la Ecorruta de Aviturismo ´Kuri Pishku, para difundir el turismo ecológico del cantón Patate

    El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar una guía turística sobre la Ecorruta de Aviturismo Kuri Pishku para difundir el turismo ecológico en el cantón Patate, ante la falta de recursos informativos que limita su correcta divulgación, a pesar de la biodiversidad de la zona. Para la investigación se utilizó el método deductivo, con un enfoque cualitativo, en modalidad bibliográfica y de campo, con un nivel exploratorio y descriptivo. Para la recolección de información, se realizaron entrevistas a profesionales en turismo, guías locales, biólogos y diseñadores gráficos, además de un focus group con personas interesadas en aviturismo y con experiencia en el campo para identificar necesidades y expectativas sobre la propuesta final. Como resultado, se dan soluciones para la elaboración de una guía turística, en donde se involucre a la fotografía, ilustración y elementos narrativos como piezas clave para difundir esta actividad y dar a conocer a Patate como un destino ecológico. Este proyecto servirá como base para futuros proyectos relacionados con la Ecorruta Kuri Pishku, recomendando la colaboración de expertos para asegurar la calidad de información.

    Currently, due to the global pandemic situation, the use of digital products and platforms for education as teaching-learning tools have helped the development of activities in students. The use of mobile applications presents some difficulties of access to content and information for people with visual impairment. This project proposes to design the interface of a digital prototype for cell phone; oriented to improve the human-computer relationship, understanding how the interaction between a person with low vision develops at the time of using a mobile application to generate a user experience; from the information obtained based on research, interviews and analysis of products that are on the market, the elements that serve and contribute to the development of the proposal are determined.

    Estética de la indumentaria femenina en relación a tendencias para la Región Andina

    This research sought to define trends not as a mandate to obey, but as vital elements of consumer groups. They allow to create innovative strategies and direct the communication of the brands to approach them to the consumers in an assertive way. When trends have different movement to the habitual behavior, it worth to stop to analyze them; as happens when the movement from North to South is altered, or from center to periphery. Cultural identity has played an important role in clothing design in Latin America. This phenomenon has manifested as a trend. In terms of fashion or influence on dress up, the power of decision has been determined by trends dictated by the so-called "global North", which suggests components of domination and dependence. Many aspects influence such as socio-economic policy issues, marketing dynamics, travel, technology, attitudes, social identifications, art, product consumption, hobbies, among others. The general objective which it is to be answered is: to demonstrate how identity influences as an emerging trend in the aesthetics of women's clothing design. The investigative antecedents related to the object of study of this research were those that consider cultural identity as a strategic element of social-economic development and the central axis of creation in Latin America. There are two interrelated approaches to each other: (1) identity as the base as a basis for fair trade, sustainability from the revaluation of traditional knowledge about, textile fibers, dyeing, ancestral technologies, etc. and (2) the rise of development models that seek alternative options in a multicultural environment, isolated from the extractivist model of natural resources. As a result of the research an informative manual is proposed that helps to understand how design trends in Ecuadorian ethnic identity will be developed for the Andean region.

    La gestión del diseño en las empresas manufactureras de indumentaria en denim

    Nowadays, companies put a great emphasis in the design, as an important strategic active in order to reach competitive and differentiator advantages facing a market with a big growth of products and consumers that wish to enhance their quality life with products that fit their necessities. It is required for new, creative, innovative approaches, that the design can implement, allowing to a businessmen’ reflection about the way they work with the design inside their companies. The awareness about incorporating design through time and in different contexts, which some worldwide companies adopt, mainly in developing countries, open doors to the development of new products. The technology transference, the emergence of the new market poles and the consumption bring new customers. In order to achieve changes, it is required to generate a new thinking in the company, where the same philosophy needs to be transformed; with a wide and flexible vision with actions and proposals of viable changes. Some of them have been presented by government and private organizations, which are international known. These organizations develop tools, plans and measurements in providing a basis for the importance of design in the economy because it has been understood that design management is a part of factors that provides innovation and in the same way to the competitiveness of a country or region. From a local perspective in the productive sector about denim in Pelileo which belongs to Tungurahua province – Ecuador. Because the majority of the entrepreneurships were handmade, businessmen could not comprehend what their situation was regarding the design, which beliefs they have, which pathway can be adopted for improvements and how to adequately handle this source in order to achieve competitive advantages in the market. The objective of the current research is to identify the signals of the integration of the design in a basic level related to high-developed entrepreneurships in the denim sector in Pelileo, which leads to generate a diagnosis model in order to identify the situation of the companies and their integration level with the design. It will define the implications that the design management can contribute in the clothing manufacturing companies in denim. It has been chosen because in this sector, there is a wide business fabric, which is the economic base in the city and it has a wide-ranging in the market at the national level. After applying the case study as the methodology, the research analyses the situation from two approaches: on the one hand, the macro level (country) and on the other hand, the micro level (companies) in order to get an overview from the context in where the companies under study are developing. Having a notion of the political, economic, social, technological, ecological, legal and demographic dynamics that are part of the Ecuadorian reality allowed knowing the opportunities and threats of the companies against their strengths and weaknesses. The obtained results show the factors that support and those that harm the insertion of the design in the companies of the sector as a productive development strategy.

    This research project corresponds to an analysis of different case studies of footwear companies in the province of Tungurahua, in order to determine the benefits of the migration that many of the companies have made in the advertising sector to the digital environment. Considering the years prior to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and the years after, since in the face of the crisis many companies were in a total economic decline, causing many companies to close permanently or change the production area in order to stay afloat. But thanks to one of the digital resources, footwear companies were able to continue with the sale and promotion of their products through social networks, which allowed small, medium, and large producers to continue production for sale in the market and remain in force despite the crisis that paralysed the market.

    Today, in the midst of the pandemic, advertising costs are very high, such as online advertising. Advertising has become expensive and not very accessible taking into account the crisis that is being experienced in the country and the whole world, since many people have had to improvise ventures in order to obtain economic income, with the present investigation we seek propose alternative means of advertising for the economic activation of micro footwear entrepreneurs, using alternative means does not mean that advertising has to be bad or mediocre, if it does not mean using different means to get the message to reach the target audience since this adapts to the economic needs of our client with the same quality and professionalism that would be obtained with traditional means, by collecting data using different research tools in order to collect data of vital importance that will help us in the development of the project , with the implementation of alternative means of advertising it is pear to achieve an economic activation of the micro entrepreneurs of the footwear sector of the city of Ambato, in this way to be able to obtain an economic income in this difficult situation.

    Plan estratégico para el fortalecimiento del sector de calzado basado en el turismo de consumo en la provincia de Tungurahua

    The project seeks to strengthen footwear consumption tourism in the province of Tungurahua through the creation and use of a strategic plan, the document shows the current state of the sector along with its importance for the economic development of the province. To achieve the objective of the strategic plan, a series of stages guided by a qualitative quantitative approach were carried out, in this way a market study was carried out aimed at economically active people in the province who ranged in age from 20 to 65 years in order to determine consumption preferences, as a complement, interviews were conducted with experienced people in different areas, thus having: a representative of the Chamber of Commerce of Ambato, the current vice prefect of the H. Provincial Government of Tungurahua, the president of CALTU, experts in Design and Communication such as entrepreneurs and footwear companies, all this to have a clearer vision of how the sector is currently and the prospects for improvement that it may have. Also, a PEST analysis was carried out together with a SWOT analysis, the latter served as a tool to determine the strategies proposed in the proposal. Finally, there was built the necessary prototype for the Tungurahua footwear sector.

    Producción editorial de guías y manuales técnicos de diseño, gestión y producción de calzado de las empresas asociadas a CALTU”

    El presente proyecto integrador, corresponde a un análisis de diversas fuentes teóricas y prácticas como estudios de caso, investigación bibliográfica y entrevistas acerca de temas de interés para las empresas asociadas a CALTU, con la finalidad de fomentar el aprendizaje y capacitación que requieren las compañías para mejorar su funcionamiento y optimización de métodos dentro de la industria del calzado. El objetivo del proyecto se basó en fortalecer el conocimiento de las empresas de calzado, donde pasó por una serie de etapas que se fundamentaron en un enfoque cualitativo, de esta manera se realizó un análisis PEST junto con un FODA que sirvieron como herramientas que determinaron parámetros, en la cual se construyó un prototipo que funcione y satisfaga las necesidades del público objetivo. Los manuales técnicos para la fabricación de calzado ofrecen una valiosa herramienta educativa para los propietarios de empresas del sector, estos documentos detallan procesos clave, normativas y mejores prácticas. Al proporcionar información clara y específica, los manuales facilitan la toma de decisiones informadas, fomentan la eficiencia operativa y mejoran la calidad del producto final. Así la propuesta resultante conllevó a desarrollar los manuales técnicos y satisfacer las necesidades de las empresas de calzado asociadas a CALTU, a través de tres ejes fundamentales: diseño, producción y gestión; por otra parte se direccionaron los productos editoriales de manera impresa que se pueda expender mediante la asociación, al igual que cargarlos en su plataforma digital, este proyecto desde un enfoque educativo que busca capacitar a la industria manufacturera.

    La Publicidad como eje de la concientización en calidad de los procesos del sector de la industria gráfica de Ambato

    This research project proposes advertising as an axis of awareness in the graphic industries sector, in order to strengthen the quality of the graphic sector and establish a source of information in designers, agencies and printing centers in the Ambato canton, in addition to issuing conclusions and recommendations as a contribution to raise awareness regarding quality processes in the printing industry and these improve based on international standards. Marking a differentiation with these regulations raises a growth in the graphic industry, the research is carried out with a study of cases to certain participants which will allow a more specific data collection, in addition to the characteristics in their preferences mainly to recognize valuable aspects in the graphic industry and determine suitable advertising strategies.

    Rediseño de la emblemática institucional desde la semiótica de la imagen visual. Caso de estudio: Instituto Superior Tecnológico Bolívar.

    En la actualidad la transformación de los emblemas heráldicos en instituciones educativas de nivel superior, muestra la tendencia a simplificarlos en logotipos minimalistas sin previo análisis, mostrando un deterioro de impacto en la identidad visual. El rediseño de la emblemática institucional de estudio del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Bolívar, se enfoca en analizar la relación entre la emblemática, la heráldica y la semiótica con el diseño gráfico, con el fin de comprender y reinterpretar los emblemas heráldicos actuales como identificadores visuales. Para lo cual se aplica una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo etnográfico, de alcance descriptivo, que utiliza como método teórico, el método analítico sintético y como método empírico la observación participante, donde se aplican métodos propios del diseño, que permiten analizar los discursos visuales y entender cómo transmiten mensajes y significados a través de símbolos y elementos visuales. Es aquí que se clarifica la importancia del enfoque emblemático y heráldico para la construcción de identidad. Basado en este contexto, se obtuvo como resultado el desarrollo de un manual de uso para el sistema emblemático rediseñado, que fortalece la imagen institucional, proporcionando directrices para el uso apropiado de los emblemas en diferentes contextos y asegurando su correcta reproducción. La diversidad de perspectivas enriquece el proceso de valoración y garantiza la representatividad y legibilidad de los emblemas.

    Reading comprehension allows children to learn and know everything necessary to advance in their student world, however, when a child has some type of specific difficulty, this simple task is an obstacle to their learning, since having T.A. (learning disorder), more specifically dyslexia, his ability to connect letters that form words and therefore paragraphs is a problem that persists in his written language, therefore, there is a deficit in the decoding of graphic signs, which means an impediment in the reading fluency of the dyslexic child, since this type of disorder mainly affects reading. That is why this project focuses on solving this problem by helping children to identify each character that makes up the alphabet in such a way that they can identify the correct letter that makes up a word through its grapheme, without confusion or rotation between each character. similar consonant through the creation of a typography which contains specific characteristics provided by information collected in this qualitative research, because it is intended to know each of the characteristics and qualities that make reading impossible in a child with dyslexia in such a way that learn more about this disorder and the way in which a student with dyslexia can be helped to read better, since this type of disorder affects about 80% of people who have any learning deficit. In addition to that, the typographic proposal made through the design will be applied to a didactic material which contains visual elements, illustrations and other graphic resources, as well as activities that will reinforce the practical exercise in this type of children, contributing to their improvement in reading and understanding of children with dyslexia.

    La transferencia cognitiva de la iconografía del indumento ancestral de la comunidad Salasaca

    The research on cognitive transfer of the iconography of the ancestral clothing of the Salasaca community, its main purpose is to keep alive in the memory of society the identity characteristics that differentiate it from other communities, fostering cultural value. Nowadays it can be observed that the iconography embodied in the original garments, are losing their significance on the part of young people who no longer use this type of clothing, which is why it is essential to carry out a study in which it contains the relevant data on the culture, identity, typologies of the clothing and festivities of the community to revalue their significance and use by the new generations. For the study a succession of quantitative and qualitative steps appropriate for the object of study was carried out, starting with an interview with experts to obtain the necessary indicators for the application of the interview, this interview helped significantly to understand the importance of the transmission of knowledge and at the same time determine the types of attire they use for different acts such as the ceremonies, rituals and festivities of the Salasaca community. After the analysis, the community interview is carried out to check the aforementioned and to determine what is the most representative clothing for the community and to derive the corresponding iconographic card from each part of the clothing, with its symbols, iconography, tools and materials, significance. For lego establish the appropriate means for cognitive transmission of ancestral knowledge. For the development of the proposal after the necessary collection of information, it is possible to determine that the most appropriate medium for this transmission to the new generations is the use of technology as a dynamizer of knowledge in a didactic and interactive way, which will help to the community to encourage and revalue the use of the ancestral clothing and in this way to make known to the community the true significance and to make a great contribution to the Heritage intangible Culture. Finally, from this study can be expanded to the rest of the clothing of the community and at the same time be a hotbed of research for the rest of the country's communities to consolidate the oral heritage that will be beneficial to maintain the identity and heritage of the communities.
