    LA CONVIVENCIA FAMILIAR Y EL RENDIMIENTO ESCOLAR DE LOS NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES DE LOS PROCESOS QUE SE TRAMITAN EN LA JUNTA CANTONAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DERECHOS DE LA NIÑEZ Y ADOLESCENCIA DE LA CIUDAD DE AMBATO

    presente trabajo de investigación expone uno de los factores, que se ha podido observar, palpar a través de la experiencia adquirida en la Junta Cantonal de la Niñez y Adolescencia que es “La Convivencia Familiar y el Rendimiento Escolar de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes de los procesos que se tramitan en la Junta Cantonal de Protección de Derechos de la Niñez y Adolescencia de la Ciudad de Ambato”. Una vez revelado el problema mediante la investigación de campo, se procede a la elaboración del sustento teórico que permite comprobar las variables planteadas: La convivencia familiar (variable independiente) y el rendimiento escolar (variable dependiente), en base a la información recopilada de libros, revistas, periódicos, e internet. En función de la información obtenida por la investigación se procede a diseñar la propuesta de solución, la misma que contempla: una cartilla con talleres de orientación para padres de familia que busca proponer estrategias de intervención que ayuden a mejorar la conducta y el comportamiento tanto de padres de familia como de niños, niñas y adolescentes que acuden a la Junta Cantonal de Ambato. Es importante recordar que los niños, niñas y adolescentes son muy importantes dentro del desarrollo de la sociedad en la que vivimos, ya que su educación depende en primer lugar de los padres de familia. El enseñarles a conocer y crear los ayudará a desenvolverse de mejor manera ante una sociedad cambiante, pues sin estos principios básicos no podrán comprender y formar parte del fenómeno de la comunicación lineal de manera fácil durante su largo vivir. Es un documento con información importante, que encaminará a mantener una buena relación afectiva entre padres e hijos, siendo favorables para los niños, niñas y adolescentes, puesto que ayudaría a fortalecer el rendimiento escolar y a ser buenos profesionales en su futuro.

    research work is aimed at complying with the general objective and the specific objectives established and exposes a very acute problem at the national level, the same that has been observed through the experience acquired in the Comprehensive Protection Service of the Secretary of Human Rights that are the "Micromachismo Practices in the Conjugal Subsystem". Once the problem has been revealed through field research with the users, the theoretical and methodological support is elaborated it allows to verify and scientifically substantiate the proposed variables, based on the information collected from books, indexed magazines articles and website documents. Methodologically, the information had been obtained through the application of a Sociodemographic File, a Scale of Micromachisms and a survey of the conjugal come to request the services provided by the Services area of SPI Integral Protection of Planning Zone 3 that includes the Provinces of Cotopaxi, Tungurahua, Chimborazo and Pastaza, once the results are obtained, the tabulation, interpretation and analysis is carried out. Considering that micromachisms are practices of violence in daily life that are subtle and go unnoticed, it is thus that the level of complaints of violence has increased, which reflects and perpetuates the macho attitudes and inequality of women with respect to men It is evidenced that the users of the Integral Protection Service of the Human Rights Secretariat in the conjugal subsystem are mainly victims of covert micro-sex, being the man who transgresses against female autonomy, using imperceptible strategies that go unnoticed. Concluding the micro-sex practices generally cause in women a significant deterioration of self-esteem, insecurity, loss of their personal power, discomfort, irritability in the conjugal subsystem and they blame themselves for not discovering that it is the result of micro-sex, however, the micromachisms also have consequences in men because it increases their position of superiority and dominance towards their partner that generates increased control or increased distrust towards women, which causes women to be limited in carrying out activities that favor their personal growth.
