Item Comportamiento Organizacional para el manejo de conflictos laborales en instituciones de salud pública en la ciudad de Ambato.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Santana Del Salto, María Carolina; Moreta Herrera, Carlos RodrigoThe present work had the objective of determining the incidence of organizational behavior in the management of labor conflicts in the External Consultation Area of the General Provincial Ambato Teaching Hospital, based on the knowledge that behavior is fundamental to facilitate understanding of the complexity of interpersonal relationships in which health professionals interact. Through a cross-sectional methodology, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, the pertinent information of the study population was collected through the application of validated and reliable questionnaires, these are the Battery for the Evaluation of the Organizational Climate in Health and the ROCI-II Questionnaire itself. They allowed to determine that there is an organizational climate at risk as well as a style of servility in conflict management. The verification of the hypothesis by the Pearson correlation determined high values which allowed accepting the alternative hypothesis, indicating that the organizational behavior does affect the handling of labor conflicts. For this reason, it was necessary to design an Intervention Plan of behavioral organization for the management of labor conflict whose fundamental purpose is to strengthen the interpersonal relationships of workers, in order to maintain shared, harmonious work groups that interact in a lasting manner to the achievement of common and institutional objectives, allowing defined, useful and effective actions when considering the efforts of each and every one of the members, avoiding individualism at work at all times. Subsequent to the execution of the designed intervention plan, the questionnaires were applied again, which allowed to determine significant differences in organizational behavior before and after the intervention plan as well as the management of labor conflicts, which allowed raising satisfaction work and raise quality care and warmth in this house of health.
