    This study emphasizes the experiences and perceptions of risks of the students of the Educational Unit "Province of Cotopaxi", taking into account the practices and perceptions in relation to the risk carried out by the Covid-19 Taking into account the problem, which, at present, has caused impacts on the population, by COVID-19 and confinement, it is possible to observe cases of anxiety, depression, sadness and stress, deepening and disproportionate changes in relationships interpersonal skills of young people. The importance of confinement measures for young people safeguarding human lives, young people were affected by the confinement in their homes, the freedom they had before COVID19, the interpersonal relationships of young people who were affected in the, without Being able to develop in the environment that they were used to, day by day I allow them to maintain good relationships within the home. For the execution of the research, a methodology with a qualitative approach was used, interviews, field diary and home visits were used, which gave us information about each of the young people who were part of the interview carried out with each one of them In addition, leisure in youth developed new measures and adaptations necessary to continue with their activities, physical and pedagogical, guaranteeing the protection of well-being and everything that worked safely, the use of social networks, has as a double-edged tool when it comes to of a crisis, social networks are not a problem rather who is behind it
