In the year of 1994 Mr. Alonso Ortiz becomes the sole owner, locating new plants in the Huachi Chico parish of the city of Ambato. Is for this reason that the present research work is focused on implementing Marketing Digital, allowing the company to identify opportunities to expand into new market, which will allow to increase the volume of sales of ice cream. The results obtained in the research carried out to potential customers indicate that Media Digital have become a necessary tool to achieve business success, since the technology is within the reach of everyone.
