Item El desempeño laboral y la violencia intrafamiliar en el personal operativo y administrativo de las empresas Alvarado S.A. de la Provincia de Tungurahua del Canton Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2017-11) Tirado Carrera, Ana Gabriela; Torres Carrillo, Silvia SusanaThe problem arises from the previous investigation of the area of Social Work of the Department of Human Talent of the companies Alvarado S.A.; in order to carry out this research, we require the collaboration of the departmental heads of each of the companies, that help us with the pertinent list of the collaborators who present some type of problematic, besides being some vulnerable personnel. As could be unjustified absences, Internal and External Cautions, Emotional Instability, Disabled Personnel, attend work in an ethyl state, Pregnant Women, Lactating Women, Single Mothers, Catastrophic Diseases, Divorced, Separated, etc. With the relevant list, the research was carried out by means of the previous application of an Initial Interview, inquiry, elaboration of Social Cards, realization of Home Visits and finally the elaboration of Social Reports; after that a statistical table was made, which shows in greater percentage the problem of intrafamilial violence in the operational and administrative staff. This research is of great importance, since external factors influence employees during their period of work, missing out on their jobs and obtaining low yields of productivity in the company. It could be mentioned that the most collaborators have intrafamilial problems, such as violence and alcoholism, feeling guilty in this way, therefore they worry and causes them emotional instability within their daily work activities; and for this reason, indirectly and directly affects the labor performance of each of the workers, causing a low productivity for the Companies Alvarado S.A. The present research work is based on the different problems that workers have, but it is important to emphasize that the problem of intrafamily violence is the most worrying within the personnel, both for Human Talent, and the productivity of the same. As a result of its work performance within each position, department, and area, it does not comply with all the activities entrusted, hence the area of Social Work, observes the need to carry out this research work, with the purpose of knowing the causes and effects of this problem in order to be able to change the different strategies
