Tasks such as banking operations, online shopping, entertainment activities, access to information, and essential services have transformed the way we interact with the world around us. The present research project focused on the development of a hybrid application aimed at enhancing the product marketing processes of the microenterprise "Tu Despensa El Tío," located in the city of Mocha. The application was created using modern technologies such as Ionic, Angular, Node.js, and Firebase, ensuring a scalable approach. The methodology employed was Mobile-D, consisting of five key phases: exploration, initialization, production, implementation, and testing. Each phase was systematically executed to ensure an agile and flexible project follow-up, allowing for adaptations and adjustments based on identified needs during the process. Data collection was carried out through surveys and interviews, providing valuable insights for the application's creation according to the specifications and expectations of "Tu Despensa El Tío." Additionally, Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage, were utilized to enhance usability and reliability. The final result is a hybrid application for product marketing in the microenterprise "Tu Despensa El Tío," serving as a modern tool tailored to its specific needs. This project stands out not only for its technical and technological focus but also for its contribution to improving the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the microenterprise in the local market
