    Comportamiento organizacional para el manejo de conflictos laborales en el área administrativa en instituciones de Educación Superior

    La presente investigación se enmarca en el paradigma crítico propositivo, es crítico porque realiza un análisis profundo del problema, identificando tanto causas como efectos, y es propositivo por que busca establecer soluciones que favorezcan a la organización, garantizando estabilidad, seguridad y permanencia de los servidores públicos en el marco de respeto a los derechos humanos, al medio ambiente sustentable y la democracia, existen dos tipos principales de instituciones de Educación Superior en el Ecuador son las Universidades y escuelas politécnicas, dentro de estas instituciones trabajan varias personas Administrativos, Docentes y Estudiantes, cada uno cumple sus debidas funciones encaminadas al logro de los Objetivos de cada Organización. El comportamiento Organizacional es fundamental en las organizaciones de Educación Superior, ya que todos quienes forman parte tienen sus propias vivencias y esto influye en el desempeño de su trabajo, y consecuentemente los resultados se ven reflejados en el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados.El estudio se lo realizo a 30 funcionarios en la parte Administrativa de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato a las cuales se aplica una encuesta validada por alfa de Cronbach, diseñada para Determinar el comportamiento organizacional para el manejo de conflictos laborales ayudó a determinar la relación entre el Comportamiento Organizacional y el manejo de conflictos Laborales en la parte Administrativa de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato.

    The Water and Sanitation Boards of the Canton Ambato Provide public services for drinking water, drainage, sewage and sanitation to the population, thereby guaranteeing the fundamental right of access to them, thus contributing to their sustainable and integral development, always seeking the sustainability of water resources. For this reason the present research work contributes to an extensive analysis based on technical criteria that contribute to a significant improvement of the levels of organizational management allows the managers of the Boards of Water and Sanitation of the canton Ambato to obtain fundamental knowledge about The stages of Administrative Management; Through this proposal is intended to improve administrative management through an improvement plan that helps to make appropriate decisions. For the present investigation a survey was carried out to all the managers the results of the same courage that there is no good Administrative Management in each Board, they do not have the support of their superiors, there is a lack of knowledge in the same and lastly it does not exist Good communication, their activities are empirical. Thus the proposal resulting from the investigation directs to make a diagnosis of the Boards of Drinking Water and Sanitation of the Canton Ambato since there is not an adequate control of the different activities and therefore will propose a plan of improvement so that they can reach their objectives And perform good Administrative Management.
