    The objective of the research is to demonstrate the application of reagents assessment affect the cognitive dimension of Bloom's Taxonomy, with students in elementary and secondary level which provides them with an alternative study to be a tutorial reagent evaluation structured base. At present, teachers must prepare reagents evaluation to improve teaching-learning process and arouse interest in students because in this way they are easier, more effective quality education. Reagents evaluation are new tools for assessing students but easily resolved and understanding as it has alternative solutions that can be deducted, understand, analyze and come up with the right answer. Reagents based structured assessment we develop are: Direct Questioning Simple, nesting or ordering, completion, and elements selection List of Columns
