For this reason, this venture seeks to create a chocolate themed cafeteria, offering a wide variety of products to the market, from drinks, desserts to cocktails, creating spaces for common meetings, strengthening national identity, guaranteeing decent work. Carrying out a market study to identify the perception of the market before the enterprise, a financial study to know the feasibility of the project. As a result of field research, a favorable market acceptance was identified for entrepreneurship, direct competition and demand for entrepreneurship. Through a sensitivity analysis in different scenarios, it was identified that the entrepreneurship project is cost-effective and feasible for its implementation. With the results obtained from the market, technical and financial study it is possible to identify the profitability of the project, the time of recovery of the investment is short because a high initial investment is not required.
