    “Afectación de la musculatura respiratoria por consecuencia de infarto pulmonar del segmento 9 del pulmón izquierdo”

    The present work is about a clinical case, specifically AFFECTATION OF RESPIRATORY MUSCULATURE ACCORDING TO PULMONARY INFARCTION OF SEGMENT 9 OF THE LEFT LUNG ", it is referred to a female patient of 26 years of age. Nowadays, she is a professional however she works as a housewife. The principal pathological antecedent of this patient is the obesity grade II which was treated with gastric bypass that at the time of the postoperative did not present any complications, so that she was discharged. However, eight days later, it presents “jejunum-yeyunal fistula”. For that reason she needed several abdominal surgeries. As a result of this process, she had been lying down for a long time and thus triggering as a complication pulmonary thromboembolism. With this diagnosis, the patient was treated with respiratory incentivometer in the area of general surgery; currently she is not undergoing respiratory rehabilitation treatment and therefore still present discomfort when performing physical exertion activities.
