    This draft is about of stress levels and assertiveness in students of the University “Estatal Amazónica”, which aims to study the relationship between two variables, as levels of stress affect assertiveness of students when making their different activities. Today stress is a factor affecting the proper development of each of the individuals, since the pace of life of a college student requires effort and achievement of various activities, in addition to the requirement imposed by each teacher required perseverance and dedication, as well as time for the duties, tasks, lessons and exhibitions, are everyday demands of college student. In achievement of academic activities and of the everyday life, assertiveness refers to the quality solve and assume in an appropriate manner their own situations and life events, stress is a variable that influence in the resolution of any situation. At present, the University Students have Difficulties and problems to assume different Responsibilities and the load psychologicals level is expressed by the stress. Is why the Importance of draft that allows to find the incidence of the two variables in each of the University Students to evaluate.
