Carrera de Psicología Industrial, 2015-09-08) VELOZ ORTIZ, LILIANA ESTEFANÍA; MUÑOZ GUERRERO, PSIC.IND.JUAN CARLOSIn automotive Cumandá company dedicated to the sale of vehicles the study on staff turnover and productivity of employees in order to find the reasons why this problem occurs and how it affects the productivity of the organization was made. The results of the research show that the main cause of this problem is the inadequate recruitment and selection simply because staff are hired by family references or friends; is for this reason that people who occupy different positions are not trained to properly perform its functions, in turn there are many drawbacks in terms of interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, because there is favoritism to certain employees for being a family. Also shown that constant staff turnover affects the productivity of the company since at the time that employees leave their jobs no one to replace immediately and the sale decrease. After making the causes proceeded to propose the creation of the manual recruitment and selection based on competences in order to attract and retain qualified personnel, trained and possess general and specific skills for each of the charges in the organization and while increasing the productivity of each department.
