    The following analysis of case is a patient of male 3-year-old that presents alterations in the development of gross motor skills because of West syndrome. The apparent cause of the syndrome was a picture of four born day hypoglycemia, manifesting convulsive symptoms that progressed, without obtaining a primary diagnosis; after a medical discharge from the box of hypoglycemia the child develops myoclonus in left upper limb, so it is examined, evaluated and diagnosed with epilepsy month born. Then at 6 months the child returns to present crisis convulsant where you get to the determination that the child presents West syndrome, prescribing corticosteroids by the intensity of seizures and suggesting that child perform stimulation early and physiotherapy. To date the patient has reduced mobility and hypertonia of the members top and bottom left (hemiplegia), with a level of physical disability of 37% by the CONADIS. In early stimulation receives level proprioceptive sensory and daily life, an activity which has been allowed to improve their global development. Applied evaluation of the patient with the "Test the Gross Motor Functión Measure", where he presented 65.6% as disability moderate – slight, by that he pursued a plan of treatment based on stimulation, proprioceptive using Bobath method, and Rood techniques.
