    The following analysis of case is a patient of male 3-year-old that presents alterations in the development of gross motor skills because of West syndrome. In early stimulation receives level proprioceptive sensory and daily life, an activity which has been allowed to improve their global development. Applied evaluation of the patient with the "Test the Gross Motor Functión Measure", where he presented 65.6% as disability moderate – slight, by that he pursued a plan of treatment based on stimulation, proprioceptive using Bobath method, and Rood techniques.
