    This research took as a relevant theme to "The recruitment and job performance of employees of the Corporation Cia Ltda Impactex city of Ambato, Tungurahua province," stating that it seeks to develop a system of personnel selection improve job performance of employees, taking into consideration the changing world and technological development, establishing new organizational behaviors that allow companies to be competitive not only locally, nationally and internationally. The Corporation Impactex Co. Ltd., meets the needs of customers based on the strength of textile products, with high quality finishes, demonstrating the technology available to the organization while having continuous improvement in the development competitive structures over other companies in the same condition. This entails that through this research work these corporations a system of recruitment, with prospects to improve the performance of company employees seeking further improve the productivity levels of the company and meet the growing needs of highly competitive market.

    This research begins with the origin of the problem, the outcome of unstructured processes implemented in the company REPREMARVA, has had a huge flaw with high growth; the organization lacks a personnel management. The change that companies live in this competitive era, has become too important an issue for the planet, which put emphasis on getting skilled human capital and suitable offers expected results, profitable economic profit entities, especially to be beneficial for both parties. Research helps build a new election process, it is essential when hiring employees. Having a staff selection subsystem properly structured aims to strengthen the development of human talent based on the description of the activities to follow; qualitative, quantitative approach is presented; mode in this research field is, bibliographic and documentary; also it involves the descriptive level, correlational level, level explanatory variables. With a population sample of 48 people, which are divided into 38 people working in the operating area; 10 they are working in the administrative area. The information processing includes the analysis and careful interpretation of the questions posed in the survey carried out, applying for the verification of the hypothesis the formula of the degrees of freedom and Chi square; resulting in: propose the design of the process of recruitment to improve work performance in the company Repremarva.

    Today, companies must take more responsibility for their resources, to maximize their profits. A part includes human resources, vital from every point of view to the collective development of the company, how a basic element of productive development of it. Despite the above, there are many companies that see their work only as resource tools, in some cases disposables, and their importance is reduced to a worker who lives by the company. This thought has been determining for many organizations, that end up wasting valuable resources of knowledge and activity, which in many instances has claimed the lives of enterprises. Impactex is a local company that has seen the need to take another approach to human capital, to find that the management that was done on them affects the work performance of employees. With success I developed this research work whose purpose is help the company to implement manuals and basic procedures for selection, recruitment and personnel monitoring, to consider them as people who deserve respect and consideration, and as such constitute the cornerstone of the work in the organization. As a researcher, I predict good results in the implementation of the proposal in the company, and I wait to contribute to the development and welfare of Impactex, as to improve work performance also will have achieved improvements in relations work, which relate to the objectives of the company.

    The present investigation deals with occupational safety hygiene and the performance work of the Area administrative of the industry group family Sancela, which is located in the parish Lasso Canton Latacunga in the province of Cotopaxi, is an industry devoted to the production and marketing of products for the collective of people service, family group focuses its attention on the human resource since it is thanks to them the company grows day after day why is important to know the basic preventive measures to take care of our health both physical as psychology, meet standards of safety and occupational health for the benefit of all the collaborators of the industry and create a pleasant working environment since this generates a positive factor for the production, is important to analyze the hygiene and industrial safety and the factors that are part of it originated as a response to unsafe conditions that are the collaborators which increased regulations to protect and regulate the working environment in which is unfolded were threatened.

    Psychosocial factors and their influence on job performance of workers and public servants of the Public Utility Municipal Wholesale Market Ambato, is a problem that has arisen throughout its existence, considering it is a company that directly and indirectly provides different social classes who come to get financial support for their families work, go from there focusing on labor progress of staff who provide services to internal and external users, so a work climate that is produced can be positive or negative based on interpersonal relationships occurring between workers and users, ie customer and moreover fellowship that exists in the company, being very important relationship that exists between managers and subordinates This research is directed to improve the working environment that takes place in the company, it is for this reason that is considered relevant implementing a training plan, which must be tailored to the needs of the company and its various working groups , because it is essential to emphasize that within the EP-EMA there are different job functions, and thus each will raise a type of training that is consistent with the work activities of each working group; as can be displayed on the chart of functions, there are two groups of employees and workers in the business, administrative and operational; operating turn are subdivided into: supervisors, SAP operators, maintenance personnel, guards and staff hygiene; the latter two being the most neglected and in need of training groups

    In automotive Cumandá company dedicated to the sale of vehicles the study on staff turnover and productivity of employees in order to find the reasons why this problem occurs and how it affects the productivity of the organization was made. The results of the research show that the main cause of this problem is the inadequate recruitment and selection simply because staff are hired by family references or friends; is for this reason that people who occupy different positions are not trained to properly perform its functions, in turn there are many drawbacks in terms of interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, because there is favoritism to certain employees for being a family. Also shown that constant staff turnover affects the productivity of the company since at the time that employees leave their jobs no one to replace immediately and the sale decrease. After making the causes proceeded to propose the creation of the manual recruitment and selection based on competences in order to attract and retain qualified personnel, trained and possess general and specific skills for each of the charges in the organization and while increasing the productivity of each department.

    This research project details all relevant aspects within the organizational structure and job performance of employees in TV Color, Canal 36.In order to propose an alternative improvement, the same that can acts or functions as a guide for the executives of the organization. As a first step the theme was defined in this research, it means, the object of study. In the first chapter the correlation between organizational structure and job performance of employees is determined, through which is possible to know the reality of the canal so we can properly route the most suitable proposal. In the second chapter, based on the theoretical framework, effective conceptualizations of organizational structure and job performance are determined, the same that sustain for the development and implementation of the proposal. Inside the third chapter the research mode is drawn, as the methodology used for data collection, since, during the investigation development we used it to ascertain the possible solutions. Moreover, in the fourth chapter on the analysis and interpretation of results, the possible elements that affect staff’s performance and achieve are analyzed in order to demonstrate the relationship of the two variables. The fifth chapter refers to the conclusions and recommendations that would be of much help to the executives of the Channel organization. In the sixth chapter the proposal "Redesign of Organizational Structure of TV Color, Canal 36 is detailed; to improve staff’s performance there" with the necessary resources for the development and implementation of it. This project has the sole purpose of an alternative approach to the solution of a conflict within the channel; it will help to better performance and satisfaction.
