In addition the states of formation of the Total Technical Heritage of the four financial institutions belonging to segment two in Ambato city are presented as "Chibuleo LTDA", " Ambato LTDA "," Kullki Wasi LTDA "and" Indígena Sac LTDA "; Bibliographical, exploratory and field studies will be carried out in order to have information and contrast it with the present review which form of administration within the credit unions, as well as evaluate the way in which they budget and manage their Financial plan.
