Item El emprendimiento asociativo y la economía popular y solidaria en el Programa Hilando el Desarrollo(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Contabilidad y Auditoría. Carrera Ingeniería Financiera, 2016-07) Álvarez Valencia, Estefanía Alejandra; DT - Coba Molina, Edisson MarceloThe Popular and Solidarity Economy has taken an increasingly significant role in economic models of many countries around the world (Pérez, Etxezarreta & Guridi, 2008). Ours is an example, as it forms part of the new productive matrix to promote the development of ventures and small businesses that have been formed to contribute to the Ecuadorian economy (Jácome, 2014). The majority of people that are involved are unemployed and small businessmen that have seen the need to generate a source of income for themselves and their families based on the creation of independent workshops, often in their own homes. The program Spinning Development has been created to promote the artisans who have formed independent business, so that they are associated with each other and get greater benefits and opportunities as a whole (IEPS, 2014). According to the IEPS, 2015, in the province of Tungurahua, there are 136 artisans who are associated or are in process, who are the target of the present research project, having a response rate of 86%, amounting to 117 validated surveys for various reasons. As an economic model that has been introduced recently in our country, this still generates uncertainty in those involved about what will happen when joint ventures are formed, the advantages and disadvantages that this will bring to their small businesses and the right way to make decisions within them. The present research work aims to design a plan that will reach all the members of the Association, training and guides that clear any doubt in the mind of the artisans to continue confidently in partnership and continuous improvement in their workshops and their business.
