The present tesis on the investigation and analysis of organizational communication and corporative image of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Izamba, Ambato city. Its content includes relevant aspects about subject to achieve the objectives, benefit to the institution and strengthen the knowledge acquired. It is important to note that the primary data were collected directly from place of the facts through observation sheets and interviews that were applied to internal and external audiences. Their interpretation and analysis contributed to the collection of information to formulate conclusions and recommendations that correspond to the reality of the institution. The research project has six chapters in which different topics were studied to help identify the dynamics and flow of organizational communication of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Izamba, Ambato city, to analyze the importance of the corporate image. Once the necessary information was acquired, the proposal was made, which contains a strategic communication plan that will improve the organizational communication and corporate image of the government institution
