The present research work analyzes the elements of the language in the Digital Communication of the Social Network Facebook in the students of the Educational Unit "Mario Cobo Barona" of the city of Ambato and proposes an alternative to promote its appropriate use through the network Social. Nowadays social networks have taken a leading role in people's lives so that it has become indispensable to interact with others, among the different networks that exist there is a specific one that leads in its use among the most young boys. The immediacy in communications and the use of new technologies has undeniably meant an alteration in the use of language as we know it. Students combine a face-to-face, informal, expressive and volatile conversation with short sentences and emoticons that tend to provide conciseness in the contents, using abbreviations, signs and images. This digital language puts in check the orthographic and grammatical rules, the primacy is understood between users and for this the formal rules are set aside. apparently it could be a rebellious way to use language.
