Ft.This research work is aimed at determining the effects of vestibular exercises in the correction of disorders of spatial orientation and balance through a guide to activities that help children diagnosed with autism, Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disabilities aged from 3 to 9 years old, in Ambato Special Education Unit. This research is quantitative mixed approach because numerical measurements such as standardized test used to assess the balance presented by the subject. Furthermore, the technique of observation that guide the understanding of the problem under study and the discovery of the hypothesis will be used. The population was obtained by random sampling ie variables are manipulated on purpose to get a single study group consisting of 30 children with autism, Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disabilities. It was shown that vestibular exercises play an important role in the development of children / as allowing improving their balance, spatial orientation, attention span and acquisition of skills by helping to them to grow in a favorable environment and include them within the society.
