    A high percentage of the population has submitted feeling that the world is moving around in many cases this has become part of their daily routine, people afflicted by this symptom common form take medical consultations that the treatments do not include rehabilitation and often the diagnosis is wrong mistaking it for any other condition, after application of rehabilitation after a misdiagnosis the result is zero, the consequent is to seek the help of a specialist in the appropriate field as the feeling that the world turns in most cases is related by a result of damage of the vestibular system. This research aims to help patients with this condition with appropriate physical rehabilitation to help improve their movements for greater stability in the balance involved and proprioception analyzing the risk factors that generate dizziness, according to your needs respecting the symptoms and preventing complications that can occur so that the participant can get to achieve independence. To reduce these complications, an assessment will be made by the Tinetti test which will take place before and after starting physical therapy, a form of observation which enable us to determine the status of the participant is also used. The data collected will be interpreted using the statistical method of frequency determining that balance training and proprioception reduces symptoms, noting the significant improvement of treatment as participants stayed and worked with the process, and there was the interest and adequate realization of assessment and treatment. Mediantes the initial application of the scale of Tinetti an affectation of 70% occurred before applying the treatment, compared to the final valuation was 10%. With this record is found that the application of training significantly improves symptoms.
