It is an obligation of the physiotherapist, as it is of all staff Health, knowing the actions to be carried out for it must have correct knowledge of both the etiology and development of these critical situations, and the rules of action against them. The patient most likely is located in special units: ICU, incubator, resuscitation, where he is receiving medical and surgical highly specialized treatment.
