    The present investigation had as a question to know the musculoskeletal alterations in the upper body and in the spinal column of the personnel that works within the Bioalimentar company. The evaluation was carried out on a total of 67 participants, of whom 41 were male and 26 female. For the evaluation, we proceeded to fill out a clinical history model that consists of the anamnesis, a physical evaluation, manual tests that lead to a physiotherapeutic diagnosis; point from which and according to the place of origin of the discomfort, different questionnaires (DASH, NDI, OSWESTRY) were applied, which are used worldwide and provide great reliability and validity to be applied within the evaluation. The study is descriptive in nature since the data was collected at the workers' workplace, epidemiological in nature as it seeks the incidence of pathologies, among which we have: Low back pain, Quervain's tendonitis and carpal tunnel tendinitis, Cervicalgia and Tendinitis of the rotator cuff. Finally, a survey was carried out to find the risk factors that influence the development of discomfort, with mechanical and ergonomic factors being predominant.

    The investigation is developed under the topic "Incidence of tendinitis of the rotator cuff in amaterur bodybuilders of the canton Ambato province of Tungurahua", which aimed to determine the incidence of rotator cuff tendonitis in amateur bodybuilders of the Ambato canton Tungurahua, identifying predisposing factors in this type of athlete. To obtain the data, the UCLA Shoulder Assessment Scale was used to evaluate pain, anterior shoulder elevation, forward force and function, and functional tests for rotator cuff injury Jobe, Neer, Hawking Kennedy, Yocum for the supraspinatus, Patte for the infraspinatus, Gerber for the subscapularis, round test, Lag Test for tendon rupture, and the second UCLA Shoulder assessment scale that assesses pain, anterior shoulder elevation, forward strength and the function. The population was 200 participants selected under inclusion and exclusion criteria attending the different gyms of the city of Ambato, the data obtained were analyzed and interpreted statistically obtaining the incidence of rotator cuff tendonitis in amateur bodybuilders .

    The research project developed important aspects to demonstrate the effectiveness of McConnell Method patellar tendinitis taking as shows patients private clinic of Dr. Silvana Freire, to evaluate the physical improvement through an assessment of pain and goniometric the pathology and to assess the effects of the method of McConnell. The dimensions are analyzed the therapeutic use of McConnell as a treatment method against the pathology of patellar tendinitis. To collect information EVA scale was carried out to assess the level of pain at baseline, middle and end of it, the goniometer test to assess the extent to articulate and finally a survey.

    Confiabilidad de los Test Manuales, Prueba de Lata Vacía y Prueba del Arco Doloroso Medio en el Diagnóstico de Tendinitis del Supraespinoso

    Reliability with manual test test empty can and testing means painful arc in patients with tendinitis of the supraspinatus muscle was tested, where the research was conducted was the hospital of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS) City Ambato people I was used was 30 participants which was applied each of the different manual test, this research is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approach. The results obtained in the investigation showed that the test manual empty can test has a reliability rate of 90% and painful arc test medium has a reliability rate of 60% when assessing the supraspinatus muscle. Once the data is obtained tabular proceeded to. The manual test provided the information needed to meet the objectives of the investigation to determine the reliability they have the time to use them in a physical assessment in obtaining the diagnosis of supraspinatus muscle. The statistical analysis used was correlation coefficient showed the ratio of 0.40824829 that each one of the manuals when assessing the supraspinatus muscle test.
