    This research project was conducted at the School of Basic Education General Victor Manuel Peñaherrera of Tumbaco Quito Parish belongs to Canton. Through it became known how critical reading influences the learning of the subject of language and literature in the tenth year students. For the development of this project the variables that govern it in a thorough way through a literature search and field was investigated. Considering also that the Department of Language and Literature is closely related with all the basic and general knowledge subjects that require reading, understanding and paraphrasing meaningful, coherent and reasoned. The basics employees were needed in the pedagogical because the teacher is the one who plays an important role and to further educate their education. After obtaining the basic knowledge about the problem, we proceeded to conduct exploration field in which interviews about the methodology used for teaching language and literature both students and teachers of the place is applied. Once you obtained the result it resulted in the tabulation and interpretation of them to finally conclude it by conducting an educational guide on the five levels perusal

    El ausentismo escolar y su influencia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes del Centro Educativo “Nuevo Mundo” de la ciudad de Ambato

    The present research on truancy and its influence on student learning of the school "New World" of the city of Ambato has as general objective determine the incidence of truancy in student learning New World Educational Center .It began with an extensive literature research supported in books, magazines, documents and web pages whose content allowed to establish the problem in a theoretical context to support them. Besides an inquiry field which used the survey technique for gathering relevant information was made, this was applied to 280 students, and leaned on data from the institution regarding attendance records. The level of research derives from an exploratory study of the problem then reaching a descriptive level where the components of the phenomenon studied relying on established criteria for classification and systematization of data from the previous level. The entire investigative process was framed within the critical paradigm proactive with a qualitative and quantitative approach of the observed variables. The results were that the repeated absence of children in the classroom directly affects the learning levels of children. The cause is that children not being present in the classroom find it difficult to assimilate the knowledge imparted, thereby affecting its performance academic. Against this contextual reality of research to develop an awareness workshop on truancy aimed at children in order to respond better learning levels of children in the New World Educational Center near future thus improving the proposed children.

    Las habilidades metasintácticas en el apreendizaje de las y los estudiantes de quintos grados de la Escuela "Domingo Faustino Sarmiento",del cantón San Pedro de Pelileo,Provincia de Tungurahua

    This investigation has as aims to determine the impact metasyntactic abilities in learning and fifth level students of the school "Domingo Faustino Sarmiento", cantón San Pedro de Pelileo, Tungurahua province. The theoretical framework was applied to scientifically support the development of content related to the topic that was investigated, to be based on the critical-purposing paradigm. Exploratory and descriptive research was used to effect a quantitative and qualitative approach allowing data collection to analyze the variables under study and achieve the objective. The methodology used was the field, it cuts to diagnose the level of metasyntactic abilities and learning development, which were detected in the collection of information that was applied to a sample of 116 students and a total of 4 teachers through a survey and structured as a tool to get clear results and after analysis questionnaire was concluded that: there is lack knowledge of teachers about techniques and strategies for stimulate reasoning that arises-sintáctico limited student learning at therefore it was necessary to give an alternative solution presenting a proposal with active learning techniques that help improve the development of metasyntactic abilities in students. Making the process of teaching-learning something different and creative for students to solve problems that are presented in the educational work.

    This work is done in the particular educational unit "SAN FRANCISCO" Guaranda city, aims to analyze the importance of the development of reading skills in student learning8thyear of basic education, the issue of research is supported by the improvement plan of the institution .After analyzing the variables and the relationship that they maintain that allowed support and substantiate each of the variables of both literature and documented then analyze the information obtained during the research process that it demonstrates the need for the proposal laborates, didactic guide for the development of reading skills aimed atteachersof8th year basic education particular educational unit "SAN FRANCISCO", in order to correct the influences of nursing student regarding strategies.

    This research has important aspects to improve the teaching-learning process, strengthening the development of logical mathematical intelligence of sophomores Basic General Education, considering that the logical mathematical intelligence is important to find a solution to everyday problems, for these reason teachers should use more acceptable activities for the children / as such as math games, also using active methodological strategies. The research was conducted in the second year of General Education Basic Education Unit ''La Great Muralla'' Cooperative Housing Own Roof town, parish Pishilata, Canton Ambato, Tungurahua Province. After detecting the problem that appeared in students working in the area of mathematics, formulating and solving mathematical problems. This work is based on the practical and theoretical way, the information obtained from specialized literature that allow the development of a didactic methodological guide for the development of mathematical logic intelligence in students strategies. Stating that everyone can know the world of eight different ways to exploit the intelligence they possess, one of them is the mathematical logical intelligence, where individuals differ in the intensity of these and ways of combining them to perform different work to solve various problems and progress in various fields. The development of mathematical logic intelligence in students depends on the application of innovative methodological strategies used by teachers for teaching learning is for them that teachers today must teach process the contents jeopardizing their ability reasoning about the knowledge possessed by students and thus improve compression of learning in the area of mathematics.

    This research work has allowed me to identify problems and shortcomings of the grafomotricidad that hinder the development of learning to write in the second year students of Basic Education, General Education Unit Augusto Nicolás Martínez when conducting various activities related to the writing. Based on the problems teachers face when working with the traditionalist methodology for the teaching-learning process, we see that students do not fully develop their skills for it is very important to emphasize motor development, as the main part of the development of the student. Therefore the graphomotor and writing are directly linked to cognitive development, therefore grafomotricidad is a technique used by a number without motor activities that help students relate to it and also acquire skills necessary to be expressible by means of written signs. It is important to emphasize that the graphomotor methodology is one that is essentially based motor activities work that is done through games. Considering the importance of writing on development and educational learning should always be used in our classroom and daily activities, relating the work as recreational activities to achieve meaningful learning. In summary, graphomotor skills work encourages and provides the necessary tools for the student what he writes makes sense and can be interpreted by others, the classroom should be a game in which teachers and students, every day, living in harmony and fully developed.
