    This research addresses the problem: Poor reading comprehension and verbal condition to the development of logical reasoning. Field mode, documentary and literature which identified the need and feasibility of the proposal which provides a guide to the use of active techniques which are used to. Taking into account the need to restore the good habit of reading and incorporate meaningful learning, which serve as ideal support for a process efficient and effective teaching. Given the constructivist model, which holds that the learner is co-star of his knowledge and the construction of new concepts, through life experiences. It contributing to student proactivity, will raise the self-esteem of learners, to feel capable of emitting a coherent approach, due to its lexicon nourished, and ability to reason logically, enhancing their academic performance and their cognitive and social development, as it will be them much easier to socialize and make constructive criticism, with use of language elements, which will improve their active participation and social interaction, prepared to face the challenges and solve everyday problems. Urging him to a constant renewal of their knowledge and involving them in the use of an innovative methodology that will develop your logical reasoning and verbal skills.

    This research aims to demonstrate the influence that represents the reading comprehension in developing verbal linguistic intelligence and seventh and eighth year of Basic Education Education Unit "Alfonsina Storni" in the province of Tungurahua Region Ambato. Based on the concept of most of the teachers who have focused on their current paradigms traditionalist, then closed in a linear process which does not awaken the hidden talent that students may have. Therefore reference to the research surveys scheme was applied to the entire population consisted of 58 students and 6 teachers, framed in a quantitative and qualitative approach within the paradigm contemplating proactive critical levels and types of investigation. The data obtained through research determined that the activities undertaken by teachers of the educational establishment, around the theme of reading comprehension have shortcomings with the students from the beginning of the reading process, should draw the attention of learners to strengthen the habit of reading that is vital for the development of the student; because boys and girls prefer other activities that are not profitable for personal growth, unlike cultivate your knowledge with reading. Therefore this process carried out in a better way in obtaining benefits paraphrase and inferences as necessary in the process of understanding. What was said above makes the performance worthy of a blog on the internet about active for verbal language development techniques, identifying weaknesses to turn them into strengths so you see a change in the educational task by the teacher an innovative entity

    This thesis was prepared through of the constructivist paradigm, and I determined that the students have a little reading comprehension in the process of meaningful learning. That is a big problem to educative area. This investigation was prepared in the seventh year of General Education Basic Parallel "B" of the ―Fe y Alegría‖ school in Ambato. The topic is about The Reading Comprehension and their Influence in the meaningful learning of the students. It has philosophical, scientific, axiological and legal bases. I recollected information about my topic, through of inquiries, which were filled by students and teachers. It helped me to determine, a little reading comprehension, because the school does not have a Diagnostic Tool to improvement the Educative plan. In the Fe y Alegría‖ school there is not significant learning, for this reason may be difficult to get optimal learning long haul. For this reason, the present project helps us strengthening and gets easy the teamwork, with all Educative Community. Also is very important the constant innovation in the actualization of knowledge about the context and reality of the students.

    The school "Julio Enrique Fernández" is located in Ambato, province of Tungurahua within this institution is framed the research problem; which purpose is the implementation of a workshop reading strategies for teachers to improve school performance in the third year of basic education. The reality of the problem is the short way to encourage reading habits in students. For the collection of data, a survey was applied to 34 third-year students, and the results were represented in a table variable, frequency and percentage. This process is beginning to find out and demonstrate the research problem, this activity is about giving a solution through strategies that improve reading comprehension. The work to be performed by teachers must promote the development of intelligence in this way to prepare students reading comprehension and publicize the true meaning and importance of reading, besides knowing propose appropriate strategies for developing thought. Learning to read is the first phase of the process of the student and follow is an ongoing task of exercise of reading ability, this leads to highlight good reading habits. Reading is an activity in which two people where the author who communicates his ideas and the other plays the message of the author interact, the use of reading strategies is a main part to improve the school performance of the students.

    Research on "Strategies for critical reading and its impact on reading comprehension in the area of language arts students in sixth and seventh years of basic education" School of Basic Education John Henry Pestalozzi "Huachi Loreto Parish, Canton Ambato, Tungurahua Province ", is to establish an adequate management of the methodological strategies of reading both the teacher and student; achieve better reading comprehension skills in the students, the student get easy handling and analyzing the content of a text. Easily identify the characters and setting of the subject read, work on how to achieve a better retention of the subject discussed; make the handling of punctuation is his total mastery as well as know the meaning of each new word found in the text read

    Reading is certainly openness to the world of knowledge, besides giving us access to know cultural diversities and even remote parts of the world, to have a vital importance not only for its utilitarian purpose, but mainly because it is a mental activity that allows developing intellectual operations such as; recognize, analyze, synthesize, compare and infer and reading skills such as; critical reasoning and verbal fluency same as are necessary to understand and solve problems. It also depends essentially on the teaching faculty to apply in the process of learning of reading comprehension. From this perspective the main purpose of having this investigation is to implement a tutorial activities in order to provide a pedagogical and didactic teachers, provide her educational work tool, optimize time and that in turn developed in each one of the six students reading levels which are essential to improve reading comprehension and thus develop mental skills, reading in order for students to be able to make value judgments, establish conclusions made summaries, solve their own problems and contribute to society.
