    The present investigation seeks to implement a system of design and production processes for gala suits, in order to generate new alternatives for the "Anita" clothing workshop and for its owner to know which are the processes that must be developed for production. . It is for this reason that establishing a management system in which the methods of quality control, coordination and direction are improved will generate benefits for the workshop. Thus, implementing this system of design processes is vital in a microenterprise or clothing workshop, because the design methodologies implemented to produce the products are important tools in the design and production processes, since this allows costs to be reduced. and establish improvement processes. Therefore, the management systems in design processes generate a path towards the continuous improvement of the products of a clothing microenterprise, in order to compete in the local market and stand out in its service and quality, in addition, through this, it is sought overcome shortcomings and establish correct procedures, as well as control the quality and quantity of garments based on modular production. Therefore, through a management implementation system in design processes in the workshop, a collection of gala suits was made applying a modular production, the main objective was the innovation and design of garments, to meet the needs of consumers. . On the other hand, through the technical and production processes, it was possible to establish standardized procedures through the application of modular production.
