    The present case analysis is about autoimmune hemolytic anemia Introduction It is one of the global health problems that are caused by immune mechanisms. In this paper the case of a female patient of 23 years old was presented, presenting her pathology from the age of 10 without any cause, which was progressing and as a result the splenectomy. This disease is manifested by general weakness, fatigue and decreased hemoglobin. Objective To analyze the critical points of the patient's illness with autoimmune hemolytic anemia plus haemolytic crisis with removal of the spleen related to nursing care through a bibliographical review and clinical history. Methodology was used descriptive, bibliographical and field since it allowed to establish contact with the patient was identified critical points and risk factors. Results according to the needs of the patient there is respiratory alteration, asthenia, constipation, loss of appetite and difficulty to fall asleep. Conclusion The purpose is the realization of a guide of nursing care directed to the patient with autoimmune hemolytic anemia that contribute to improve the quality of life of the patient in self care

    Autoimmune hepatitis is a liver disease caused by a dysfunction of the immune system that causes it to attack and destroy the liver cells. The defense mechanisms of the body react to the liver cells. The disease is rare, usually presented as a serious acute hepatitis, including chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis like, and is characterized improves with immunosuppressive drugs. The presence of antinuclear antibodies The purpose of this study is to determine the clinical case care should follow the patient with autoimmune hepatitis. In this case report is presented in a male patient 18, single marital status, personal medical history of rheumatoid arthritis more systemic lupus erythematous, the income presented generalized jaundice, abdominal colic pain of moderate intensity, more loose stools yellowish and smelly in abundance for several times, which was a major factor in causing autoimmune hepatitis, by the severity of the patient is hospitalized in Internal Medicine for hemodynamic management and perform the respective diagnostic studies. In conducting the investigation the patient was found with physical, social and emotional difficulties that altered their lifestyle from their illness and treatment.- This study aimed to analyze the evolution of Autoimmune Hepatitis by collecting data with structured instruments to identify the main critical points and establish opportunities focused on improving nursing care that help to improve the quality of life, and more of it will serve as a starting point to other future research
