So that a descriptive methodology can be used because factors that intervene in the malnutrition of children and quantitative organizations are detailed because the factors are identified through a survey and the parents of the children, as well as quantifying the data and giving to know the information by means of graphs and percentages. Once the investigation is finished, the data will be tabulated and analyzed, which will reach the conclusions. Mg.The present investigation refers to the factors that influence the presence of recurrent infections in the children of the "Blanca Martínez Mera" Child Development Center of the City of Ambato, considering that these factors are the conditions of infrastructure, lighting, ventilation, space physical activity in which children develop, food and hygiene, and the spread of infections within Children's Centers due to the vulnerability of the immune system in children, all of these constitute an aspect of vital importance for the physical well-being of children in their first years of life. lifetime. The type of study was descriptive because it detailed the phenomenon of the current conditions of the center with respect to the internal factors with which the children remain in contact, identifying the infrastructure conditions, the hygiene and health standards in compliance with quality standards ; It was also quantitative since reference is made to the analysis of quantities, which involves a process of numerical study that has to do with statistical fundamentals that we will have after applying surveys to both educators and parents of the CDI, who evaluated the conditions physical, health and nutrition in which their children remain in the center, this information once tabulated will allow reaching the conclusions, it was also qualitative since it went from the particular to the general, because from the analysis of a limited amount of data, we propose concepts that include a complete explanation or description of the risk factors, likewise the formulation of the speech started from logic and coherence.
