Mg.The aim of this review article is to compare body temperature values in pediatric and elderly patients. In addition, the factors influencing the value during the measurement will be identified. It corresponds to a qualitative research with a design based on a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. 34 articles found in specialized databases such as Springer, Scielo, Dialnet, Elsevier, Latindex and published between 2017 and 2021 were analyzed. To demonstrate the main findings, analysis tables and checklists were optimized, thus integrating the results of several independent studies homologous to the central theme. MgParasitic diseases take a high place in Third World countries. They are responsible for debilitating, serious, chronic and sometimes mortal diseases. They can predispose to other diseases and they contribute to the decrease of the physical and mental capacity of the individual, compromising their productivity. They are important not only from a medical perspective, but also from social and economic one; they also represent an important factor for underdevelopment.(1) For this reason, this study was carried out with the aim of “Designing an education model to prevent intestinal parasitism in teenager of the eighth, ninth and tenth year of Manuela Espejo Elementary School of the city of Ambato”. The applied methodology was quantitative, cross-sectional descriptive. A survey divided into two parts was used. In the first part, housing risk factors and health-hygienic aspect were proven. In the second part, the knowledge level on parasites was tested, as well as infection and prevention. The SPSS application was used to tabulate and analyze the date to reach to conclusions. So that a descriptive methodology can be used because factors that intervene in the malnutrition of children and quantitative organizations are detailed because the factors are identified through a survey and the parents of the children, as well as quantifying the data and giving to know the information by means of graphs and percentages. Once the investigation is finished, the data will be tabulated and analyzed, which will reach the conclusions. Esp.The main objective of this research project is to determine the factors that influence the appearance of phlebitis in older adults in order not to cause harm to the patient who is hospitalized and to provide quality care that the nurse must perform in her art. take care of your neighbor In view of this, the present investigation is carried out on the Factors that influence the appearance of phlebitis in older adults in the clinic area of the General Hospital Latacunga said study is transversal, descriptive and bibliographic because it is done in a period of time which comprises April - August 2018 and the information gathered for the development of the same is based on books and scientific journals. Regarding the population chosen to perform the study were the nursing professionals who work in said health house, for this was taken as a sample to nurses who provide direct care to the patient in the area of internal medicine, surgery and emergency with a number of 41 people who were surveyed and an observation guide was applied obtaining the following results: a major cause for the development of phlebitis is the inadequate dilution of the medication that will be administered to the patient, representing 78% , another factor with relevance is that the nursing staff does not have sufficient knowledge regarding the importance of a correct dilution for any type of intravenous medication that will be applied according to medical indication reporting with 85%, on the other hand with a percentage of 88%. Reflects that antibiotics are a cause for the development of phlebitis in older adults and uida of it we have the epileptics with 12%. These are the data that was obtained from the survey and observation guide, this concludes the importance of having a correct dilution to the medication at least if they are antibiotics must be careful because some are very irritating that in addition to causing a phlebitis can complicate and endanger the life of the patient since our work is aimed at direct care and meet the needs of the client for his prompt recovery.Item “Factores que influyen en la presencia de infecciones recurrentes en niños de los centros de desarrollo infantil de la ciudad de Ambato”(2018-10-01) Proaño Fiallos, Evelyn Paola; Villa Plaza, Carmen Mercedes Lic. Mg.The present investigation refers to the factors that influence the presence of recurrent infections in the children of the "Blanca Martínez Mera" Child Development Center of the City of Ambato, considering that these factors are the conditions of infrastructure, lighting, ventilation, space physical activity in which children develop, food and hygiene, and the spread of infections within Children's Centers due to the vulnerability of the immune system in children, all of these constitute an aspect of vital importance for the physical well-being of children in their first years of life. lifetime. Mg.The present research project with the theme "Factors that influence the use of treatment with traditional medicine and / or medicines", which was carried out in the community and the staff that works in the health centers of the Parish of Pasa, Pilahuin and Salasaca, whose general objective is "To characterize the factors that influence the use of traditional medicine treatment and / or medicines", allowing the researcher to identify the main factors that cross it within the surveyed population. The research work was carried out by means of a qualitative, non-experimental study, the sample of which was made to the health center staff and the population of the communities, who were interviewed and surveyed gradually, using the descriptive, exploratory, correlational and field method. The interviews were conducting in focus groups randomly including recordings and informed consent, in which it is mentioned that the research, data and information are completely anonymous. Meanwhile, the medical personnel working in the different health centers were subjected to surveys, in which they had the option to indicate the response they think appropriate. It was concluded that the community is under certain types of factors that may influence when the population opts for some type of treatment, indicating that there is a significant preference for ancestral medicine and often left as a second option to treatment with drugs.
