    El parto humanizado: aportes desde la sociología

    In this study, the perception of the nursing staff on Humanized Childbirth was currently analyzed. An investigation with a qualitative design with an exploratory phenomenological approach was carried out. With a purposeful sampling including staff from the maternity area and obstetric center. Information saturation criterion is applied. For the collection of information, a semi-structured interview guide was used. The analysis was carried out based on grounded theory, obtaining five categories: perception, promotion, knowledge, factors, sexual and reproductive rights. The main results show that humanized childbirth stopped being practiced during the pandemic for reasons of…. and that it is being resumed from the year 2022, it was also observed that despite the restrictions, the work of the nursing staff continued with training and education on vaginal delivery. Finally, it is concluded that humanized childbirth is the best option for mothers, since it helps in the recovery of the mother and in the well-being of the baby.

    Rol de enfermería en el cuidado y atención del parto humanizado

    Introduction: Childbirth is a physiological process that is considered the most important moment in the life of the woman and her family, so she expects to feel accompanied and protected, therefore it is necessary to emphasize the role of nursing in this process since she from her humanistic side will provide her unconditional support even more in times of COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: A systematic review of articles and scientific publications directly related to the topic of study was carried out in the period 2015-2020. In order to obtain information, databases such as: SCIELO, LATINDES, SCOPUS, PUBMED, SCIENCEDIRECT were reviewed. Result: The bibliographic review of the articles selected and analyzed showed that the accompaniment by the nurse during labor is fundamental, taking into account the situation currently being experienced with Covid-19 because the mother goes through episodes of anguish and fear that the newborn may be a carrier of the virus. Conclusion: After conducting a literature review on the role of nursing in the care and attention of humanized childbirth, it is concluded that professionals in the nursing area are essential for the management of pregnant women at the time of delivery, however, in the context of the pandemic, more rigorous measures have been taken to ensure that humanized childbirth is carried out safeguarding the welfare of the maternalfetal binomial.

    Parto humanizado y la función de enfermería en los establecimientos de salud pública

    Introduction: the humanization of childbirth ensures respect for the fundamental, reproductive and sexual rights of the pregnant woman and the family, reducing perinatal complications and maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. Objective: To characterize humanized delivery and nursing functions in public health establishments. Methodology: descriptive review on humanization of childbirth for which a search was carried out in databases such as: PubMed, Taylor & Francis, LILACS, MEDLINE, BVS, SCIELO, LATINDEX, GOOGLE ACADEMICO, based on descriptors such as Humanization, delivery, care Nursing, perinatal care, birth, which were applied in Spanish and English. Results: Based on a review and analysis of 40 articles, it was possible to know that humanized delivery is recognized worldwide as an efficient strategy to reduce perinatal complications and achieve a satisfactory maternity and that at the Latin American level; Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela and Mexico already have initiatives from the public and private sectors and civil organizations to promote humanized delivery, and thereby reduce the rates of cesarean sections, instrumented delivery, maternal and infant morbidity and mortality and achieve motherhood, satisfactory, safe based on non-invasive or pharmacological practices for pain relief, education and authorization on procedures, autonomy, good treatment and respect for feelings and beliefs. Conclusion: In the humanized duck, the role of nursing is essential especially in public establishments where abuse, neglect or lack of respect for childbirth is assumed, so the nurse is called to educate the woman in labor about the labor of labor and delivery
