Item EVALUACIÓN CINEMÁTICA DEL EJERCICIO HANG SNATCH EN DEPORTISTAS DE CROSSFIT(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Fisioterapia, 2024-03-18) Pérez Constante, Dennise Samantha; Álvaro Erazo, Alex PatricioThe Hang Snatch is a common exercise modality in crossfit that starts with the bar above the knees and is lifted explosively overhead. The objective of the research is to evaluate the kinematics of the Hang Snatch exercise in crossfit athletes. A quantitative non-experimental design of the kinematic analysis of hip and knee was used, 15 athletes participated and a video was taken at the Crossfit sports training center "LEGION CF FITNESS CENTER" for the evaluation of hip and knee angles in the four phases of the Hang Snatch. Among the results it was found that a few athletes comply with the referential angles in the different phases of the exercise and the others differ in the general results. Conclusion: 33% of the athletes comply with the established angles in the different phases of the exercise.Item HIPERTROFIA MUSCULAR A BASE DEL ENTRENAMIENTO ISQUEMICO(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Fisioterapia, 2024-03-18) González Campaña, Gary Donovan; Álvaro Erazo, Alex PatricioMuscle hypertrophy (MH) characterized by the increase of myofibrils in the transverse area should not be overlooked, it should be kept in an optimal state if we focus on the sports field or to avoid musculoskeletal complications in the future. In recent times, an innovative method has emerged that continues to be researched to generate hypertrophy in less time and with light loads known as ischemic training, which partially restricts blood flow to the muscles through the use of compression cuffs or bands. Objective: To carry out a systematic and meticulous investigation of how ischemic training acts on the muscle in order to generate hypertrophy. Methodology: A systematic review was carried out in the Google Scholar, Pubmed and Scopus databases using the prism format guidelines, including a total of 9 articles. Results and discussion: It was verified that through the ischemic training protocol with low loads in a moderate range of blood occlusion MH can be generated, however, there was a controversy as to which type of training is the most appropriate to achieve a greater amount of MH in a short period due to the little or no information that was found when conducting the research
