    The research detailed below takes place in the Provincial General Teaching Hospital Ambato, considering the objective of proposing a model of organizational development that allows the optimization of user services of said Hospital, considering that the waiting time at the patient was too extensive and clearThey are must seek alternatives or follow especially waiting for the free service. Be regarded as within the outpatient and emergency patients are approximately 158489 per year and is by that amount the waiting time thereof, being the bottleneck Hospital, considering the solution through a methodology that allows for feedbacks to take the respective corrections, applying a proposal that we can remove and improve customer service in this case the patient of that hospital.

    In the present research work it is intended development than offer physiotherapy to increase market share. Therefore we determine that the market share of the physiotherapy center and aesthetic Mayti is low, so it is important that a development model of offering physiotherapy services is created. In this way we will achieve our goals and reach the development of supply, while maintaining a quality company to service the community, improving every day implementing new strategies to meet the goals.

    The purpose of this research is to maintain communication with the external client to meet the demand for physiotherapy services. Through this research we realized that communication which owns the center Mayti is not adequate, and it is essential to change and improve the different schedules to better disseminate its services our center and improve communication with the external customer to expand our market and improve customer expectations and meeting their needs. In this way we will achieve our goals and reach the target market that we have considered, maintaining a quality company serving the community, improving daily implementing new strategies to meet the goals.
