Carrera de Diseño de Modas., 2018-03) Fernández Lojano, Ruth María; Guamán Llamuca, Carlos AlbertoIn the city of Ambato she saw the need to develop clothing products such as the "Vestido de Novia", using the traditional elements of the ethnic group "Chola Cuencana" located in the Province of Azuay, this was used in order to change the ideology of brides regarding the traditional use of wedding dress. The objective of the research is "To elaborate wedding dresses applying manual embroideries of influence by the Chola Cuencana", this project used the fields of bibliographical, field and experimental (design of the prototype dresses). The proposal is to strengthen the "Ruthy Fernández Arte y Moda" brand through a market study, strengthening the organization with the use of the SWOT methodology, thus, implementing strategies within the distribution channels and the business model. The project proposal is the generation of two prototypes with cost of sale to the public ($ 2177.92) and ($ 1661.15), which means that this product is intended for the middle-class market segment upwards.
