The design of fashion accessories with the technique of thermofusion, creates environmental awareness in people, companies and organizations who currently recycle waste materials (plastics, bottles, bags and others), useful to create innovative and functional and ecological items that currently have more demand in the market. This project creates a line of accessories with the fusion of recyclables with textiles by thermofusion maintaining visual harmony between textures of colors and three-dimensional shapes. The objectives of the study suggest identifying the appropriate material for textile thermofusion, determining the requirements of the female segment and developing accessories with recycled material. The analytical-synthetic method decomposes the problem in two vertices, the one gathers opinions on expert thermofusion, but the inductive-deductive method tests various materials, to select those that exceed the proposed indicators. The theoretical support required the bibliographic modality to define processes and work designs for the artisans of the medium. The most relevant results of this work, show that there are no accessories made with recycling, although wool, leather and fabric are used in crafts, and in thermofusion, organic plastics and metallic plastics (CDs) are better, preferences they are aimed at women between 18 and 24 years of medium-high purchasing power, who prefer to buy handbags or other unique, innovative, eco-sustainable and eco-friendly accessories online.
