Item Diseño de indumentaria para basquetbolistas con discapacidad motriz, en extremidades inferiores(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Diseño, Artes y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Modas., 2018-10) Villacrés Altamirano, María Gabriela; Ramírez Bonilla, Nancy RaquelIn this project the "Design of clothing for basketball players with motor disability, in lower extremities" is studied, to achieve this it is necessary to investigate theoretical background on clothing for athletes with motor disabilities, determine the needs of the target and develop a proposal of adaptive clothing to perform field research, the opinion of the basketball players with disabilities of the city of Ambato, coaches, managers and medical personnel was collected, the organization studied was the ASOPLEJICAT Sporting Club, subsidiary of the Sports Federation of Tungurahua, which groups athletes from 13 to Less than 60 years old, it has 3 coaches and approximately 35 athletes. It was determined that almost two-thirds of athletes exceed 40 years of age, in all cases manifest physical disability of the lower limbs, 54.3% of athletes have a 60% disability and followed by 20% have 72%, 40% are unemployed and 8.6% are students, 34.3% assign a level of importance of 5/10, 20% rate the importance of the costumes with 7/10. The shortcomings of the wardrobe according to 20% is not very adaptable; for 11.4%, it has limited resistance. 60% of athletes prefer the size Medium; followed by 31.4% who prefer to wear sports clothes of size Large; 85.7% prefer to wear pants, functionality is essential; because the current garments do not give them that characteristic; 31.4% and inappropriate garments are used for basketball (25.7%) because they are of poor quality, unpleasant to the eye, uncomfortable due to the lack of adjustment devices and the lack of closure accessories, 77.1% of athletes only sometimes find the garments in Ambato and 17.1%, never. However, 42.9% of the population prefers to buy in stores while 22.9% in factories where they make tailor-made or specialized stores (20%). The purchasing factors are functionality (42.9%), type of material (20%), design (20%), price and quality. Sports clothes suffer more wear on knees (37.1%), seatings (20%) and thighs (14.3%); finally, 74.3% practice basketball once or twice a week.Item Factores políticos, económicos, sociales y tecnológicos y la indumentaria en las empresas de confección textil de Cámara de Industrias de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Based on this, a field and bibliographic study was carried out, evaluating the information qualitatively, information that greatly helped the direction of the research, Giving as a result, that one of the most relevant factors for the inclusion of design in clothing is the social factor, because the client behavior is that decides if the designed product is commercial or not, being one of the ways to know the behavior of the consumer, the study of the macro tendencies and the launching of the same for a market that fits the consumption required. The growth of companies individually is in a certain way viable at the same time that fashion designers are facing a work environment in which it has to be a social entity being at the same level of change and progress in our political, economic, social, and technological environment, because on base on this, we draw designs with the purpose to sell its plenty. As designers, we find ourselves in a paradigm between the national market and the macro trends in which we are governed to create a fashion collection that in the process of creating it is fundamental to the management of fashion trends platforms, because of that it results in the management of trends that are launched annually by platforms such as ISCIS and WGSN.Item Análisis de las costumbres y tradiciones del cantón Patate para la generación de elementos conceptuales en el diseño de indumentaria(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Diseño de Modas., 2018-02) Betancourt Guachambala, Diana Carolina; López Barrionuevo, Nancy MargaritaNowadays on having spoken about customs and traditions it is refer to a cultural identity that allows to differ to a place from others, the meanings of this type of manifestations are so extensive that to be able to understand them it is necessary to bear several aspects in mind, geographical, economic, ethnographic, between others. The fact of a previous investigation not being realized on those customs and traditions that form a part of the cultural identity of the canton Patate which provokes an ignorance and disinterest in the local settlers doing that the above mentioned manifestations go vanishing slowly with the passage of time. Ecuador a country that possesses an extensive and varied cultural identity enriched by the ancient know obtained of the different communities, sectors. Across the executed investigation it was achieved to determine, to analyze those customs and traditions that during the step of the years have been supported generation after generation by some changes but that his essence is kept, in addition the determination of those images that they represent directly to the tradition or custom. In refutation to this result, it is that the present project is born, since it is based on an analysis semiótico of the customs and traditions of the canton Patate applied in the design of typical suit of fantasy, with the aim to generate conceptual elements taking these manifestations as a modal to help in design of apparel in the different existing lines.Item Diseño de indumentaria casual femenina con aplicación de bordados Cacha(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Diseño de Modas., 2017-11) Guamán Pucuna, Mónica Patricia; Ramírez Bonilla, Nancy RaquelThe present project focuses on research on the ethnic embroidery of the Cacha culture, with the aim of taking them as referents in new proposals for designing a collection of women's clothing in the casual line. Casual clothing is a universe that is characterized by being flexible, versatile garments and can be used for different occasions, being functional garments, can be made with flat and knitted fabrics. On the other hand, ethnic embroidery is an art with a great variety of colors and forms elaborated by the indigenous women who represent the forms of nature in a garment. This project intends to value the artisan activity that is reflected in the embroidery of the Cacha culture and to project not only the traditional dress of the indigenous communities but also to project to casual women's clothing applying in different garments with the purpose of preserving and exalting The beauty of this craft activity as they are exclusive models, that each stitch tells a unique history of culture, and through it, these embroidery have a place in the world of today's fashion with a different style.Item Diseño de indumentaria femenina mediante la aplicación de técnicas ancestrales ecuatorianas de pintura(2016) Dután Pillajo, Diana Gabriela; Varela Gallegos, Sandra CatalinaThe continued progress of the textile industry is inevitable, despite the great benefits it can generate, there is a problem that contains harmful aspects that directly affect the diverse cultures of Ecuador, such as the obvious neglect and disinterest marked to ancestral knowledge to clothing decoration, so, that as time goes on indigenous traditions will disappear, slowly weakening the Ecuadorian cultural identity. This research project takes as a purpose the analysis of the ancient technique of painting on canvas, the Sapara ethnicity, in order to upgrade by designing women's clothing, which aspires to help spread this ancient tradition preserve the cultural richness of this ethnic group. For the execution of the work has been carried out field research based on observation, which was made in the Ethno-Archaeological Museum of Puyo, also with the intention of obtaining sufficient data to help meet the goals it has set conduct a poll which includes a series of questions, which yielded results that contribute to the views of the target group. In the end, the survey found impressive results, as 100% of respondents unaware of the technique of painting on fabric saparas, but 97% believe it should be disseminated, like the same 97% of the population claims it would be interesting to apply vegetable dyes in clothing design, information that was very useful for the proper performance of the project, obtaining clear guidelines to develop a quality clothing with features to surface the important aspects of the Sapara community, getting garments cultural identity favoring the preservation of this tradition, maintaining the cultural richness of EcuadorItem Diseño de indumentaria de trabajo masculino mediante el uso de textiles inteligentes para construcción civil(2016) Garzón Freire, Andrea Estefanía; Paredes Morales, María CristinaThis project has the clear objective to create a new men's clothing brand that offers high quality standards mixed with the use of new textile technologies specifically for the construction industry in the city of Ambato and which in turn is identified the type of work activity. What is sought is to conduct a very thorough investigation of the various materials and supplies resources, technologies and creative alternatives for the development not only of industrial clothing but unconventional alternative ways to promote and positioner brand in a way rarely used for local competition, in order to reach a safe, different and unique way to new and potential customers that are looking to attract. In Ecuador there are small companies dedicated to the development of basic prototypes or very low quality for the area of industrial safety, where it is anticipated change undoubtedly is the mentality of using it cheaper to work for an idea of caring physical health and changing industrial vision through the consolidation of a solid and reliable company with consumers , that is to give them confidence , motivation, opportunities to have a life and a healthy and safe xxvii workplace , reducing the rate of accidents or occupational risks in this type of activity , meet the needs of a new market niche neglected, create a modernized production and design continually evolves in the textile sector. The manufacture of such garments are bound to comply with safety standards such as ANSI, UNE EN ISO 2000 , INEN , which were then detailed to achieve a product of very high quality and suitable for this type of heavy activities, which are divided by areas of design, materials , production , quality control, evaluation and consolidation, thanks to follow each of these points in an organized manner can be determined that there are great chances of receiving the acceptance by the local market, provincial and soon national . Being an unconventional and exploited product has sought to develop a brand called BISON which is solidly supported by a brand manual, a virtual catalog of services and products that thinks the company provide the customer, his own web page it can compete not only national but international, social networking level to positioner brand and gain a following, a mini magazine which communicates the brand and lastly and most importantly creating different prototypes solely for the use of textiles and intelligent inputs that meet safety standards and parameters necessary to develop industrial work clothes that are effective. It aims to generate new functional and innovative product to compete against the new style merger competitive market but also meet the needs customers increasingly demanding given the diversity of products that exist in the textile or commercial area.Item El conocimiento sobre moda sostenible y su impacto en el diseño de indumentaria en el cluster y confecciones de la ciudad de Ambato(2015-08) Gutierrez Santana, Tannia Lucía; Villalta Cornejo, Silvia YaniraEl principal objetivo de este proyecto investigativo, es analizar el impacto de la Moda Sostenible en el Diseño de Indumentaria en el Clúster de Confecciones de la ciudad de Ambato. Para elaborar este proyecto primero se investigó acerca de la moda sostenible en la ciudad de Ambato. El tipo de estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, porque se detalló el fenómeno de las condiciones actuales de la moda y la incursión de los factores de sostenibilidad, se aplicó la investigación exploratoria porque se han identificado los gustos y preferencias de la población y se realizó la asociación de variables en la que se determinó la relación existente entre la dependiente e independiente, que destaca la moda ética, como una alternativa para un cambio de mentalidad, respecto al eco diseño y la tecnología aplicada los productos de moda. Se utilizaron técnicas para acceder a la información necesaria a través de instrumentos de recolección de datos como es el cuestionario de encuesta que se aplicó a los jóvenes de 20 a 29 años de edad de la ciudad de Ambato, quienes reflejaron sus preferencias respecto a la moda sostenible, también se aplicaron entrevistas a empresarios del clúster de confecciones donde se expresa que existe baja incidencia de la moda sostenible en la localidad, dicha información una vez tabulada permitirá llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Además se elabora una propuesta que consiste en el diseño de una colección de chaquetas de tendencia urbana, incorporando materiales de moda sostenible para incrementar la presencia de diseño en el clúster de confecciones de la ciudad de Ambato; que tienen como objetivo optimizar materiales remanentes para la producción de prendas de vestir sostenibles que fomenten el cuidado ambiental. Con la finalización de este proyecto se ha podido demostrar en los resultados de las alternativas indica que el conocimiento de moda sostenible si afecta en el diseño de indumentaria, de la ciudad de Ambato.
