    The present project entitled "Optimization of textile remnants to boost sustainable fashion is directed to the design and production of complementary articles for sleeping wear such as hats, handbags, slippers, among others, the purpose of The present project is to innovate from the textile residues, generating exclusive and quality designs, in such a way as to satisfy the needs of the consumer and strengthen the brand identity within the sustainable concept of fashion. Taking advantage of the resources that this company generates, such as remnants and waste, we want to give another vision of entrepreneurship creating a new line of women's accessories for sleeping wear, giving the product added value to be more competitive in this way. The market and at the same time being respectful with the environment. This integrative project aims not only to generate more utility for the company, but also to build trust with our clients with environmental conservation awareness, as established in the National Plan for Good Living.

    Aprovechamiento de las fibras de alpaca y oveja para accesorios de moda para mujeres de 20 a 35 años

    Natural fibers have their origins since ancient times, each gender has been studied according to its discovery, in the case of alpaca fiber, the animal comes from South America, according to its maintenance and the breed the textile with this fiber it is considered fine and of high quality thanks to its properties. The sheep has its Spanish origins since the existing sheep in the Latin American countries are from the European continent, this fiber is recognized by its length and in some places it can be found in different colors. The present investigation is based on the study of fibers that have a certain similarity in their properties and in the possibility of mixing these two fibers since during the investigation no felt was found made with sheep wool and alpaca hair. In some companies they mix natural fibers with synthetic fibers, but that does not mean that the damage to the ecosystem changes, since the chemical components applied in the generation of these textiles affect in any way, either in its manufacture or in its use, in Many users acquire these products to lower costs or unconscious of the damage they are causing. The elaboration of this project is indispensable since with this investigation it is contributing with a mixture never before seen, mainly in the elaboration of felt, considering also that this material is a nonwoven that for its artisan elaboration does not require chemical components harmful to the Planet Earth, and is also a contribution to the area of fashion design since this textile can be considered an alternative applicable in clothing and fashion accessories that is one of the main objectives.

    Diseño de bisutería artesanal con chatarra para mujeres de 20 a 35 años de la ciudad de Ambato

    The present integrative project is to determine the feasibility of the "Design of handmade jewelry with scrap for women from 20 to 35 years of the city of Ambato, through a previous investigation of artisan jewellery of Ecuador, as well as, general and specific characteristics of the product on the market, from the point of view of both the consumer and the craftsman. The general objective is about to design a women's handmade jewelry with obsolete junk by means of the application of Fashion Design guidelines, the author carries out a research on commonly used in jewelry pieces, as well as materials and supplies necessary for them, in the same way, the author collects information about the scrap, proposed as an alternative and complementary material to create the jewellery collection. To complement this Project, was conducted online to target group surveys. In the same way was carried out interviews with craftsmen specialized in this branch, this in order to learn the varios techniques as the wrapping, watermark, woven with a ring with wire and corchet, processes required for the proper application on the same. On the other hand, the results of surveys and interviews, to determine the acceptance of the product within the market, as well as the successful creation of this type of women's handmade jewelry by implementing scrap metal as an alternative to the existing ones in the market in the world of accessories feminine.

    Utilización de los desechos de la madera en el diseño de accesorios del vestuario femenino

    El presente tema de tesis tiene como finalidad, aprovechar los desechos de la madera que se generan en la fabricación de mobiliario en el Cantón Salcedo, utilizando como materia prima los desechos de madera para la elaboración de accesorios del vestuario femenino, cumpliendo con el fin social de contribuir con el medio ambiente a través de la Eco-Moda. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se realizó la investigación de campo en las diferentes carpinterías que conforman la “ASOCIACIÓN DE CARPINTEROS INTERPROFESIONAL DE MAESTROS Y OPERARIOS DE LA MADERA Y AFINES” logrando obtener datos relevantes que ayudan al desarrollo de la investigación en el capítulo dos, al utilizar el nivel descriptivo y exploratorio se pudo conseguir información de los tipos de madera, las clases de desechos y el porcentaje de desperdicios, los mismos datos fueron sacados de la encuesta realizada a cada carpintería para luego ser tabulada en el capítulo cuatro de la investigación. Después de toda la investigación efectuada se puedo identificar el desecho de la madera más apto para aplicar en el diseño de accesorios del vestuario femenino que se presenta en el capítulo sexto la propuesta.
